In year 2921 I had my Porsche Panameta towed there for transmission problems Sloane, the owner/operator, accepted the job. Approximately 4-5wks later I received a called stating my car was ready. Long/Short Granted it’s now year 2023 approx. 2 yrs later (hence 800 miles later) same problem with my 2011 Porsche PanameraI call the company spoke with Sloane he acknowledged me as a former customer who paid him $5,200 to service my transmission with soft parts. He also said that he no longer “work” on that particular car anymore because it’s too difficult to “workj” on SMDH

Very capable and professional mechanics and technicians. More importantly Sloan Palitti, the owner, is honest, has integrity and is a man of his word. Rare commodity these days. I would recommend SSI for all Porsche enthusiasts.Service: Transmission

My 911's transmission (a PDK) had a problem and wouldn't reverse. I pulled the error code and initially I thought it was a well documented sensor problem which requires quite an expensive procedure to replace that sensor inside the transmission. There are not a lot of shops that have the expertise to do that repair and SSI is one of them.Sloan diagnosed it to be something else and got my car back on the road for much less than what I originally anticipated. I appreciate his honesty - he could have went ahead with the sensor replacement anyway which would be a bigger job and more money for him but he gave me his honest opinion and steered me towards the lower cost option.His knowledge with the 911/Cayman is excellent - he is familiar and has experience with various aftermarket modifications, and was able to give good advices on how to best maintain and enhance these cars.The only minor problem was his shop was pretty busy and it took some time for him to get to my car. But I guess they are busy because they are good at what they do, so really not much can be done about that...Service: Transmission repair

I’ve taken my cars to SSI for years. I googled to get the phone # and it hit me that I’ve never left a review.I’ve dealt with a lot of bad mechanics over the years, but I can honestly say. SSI is definitely not one of them. I believe I’ve been a customer for about 6yrs and I’ve always gotten great service from them, and at a fair price too.Services: Brakes

I went to SSI to get an oil change on my 993 and to get the car inspected. Later, I came back to have them replace the tires. The group there is very competent and very professional. I will definitely go back to SSI for other services, and repairs when the time comes.Services: Oil change

Absolutely terrible. This team will help you as far as it benefits them then leave you hanging. It is so terrible that they’ll make all the effort for you not to reach them. Sloan is an interesting individual who is quick to get upset about the job he does. The customer services is extremely disappointing and worst part is I’ve been a loyal to them for a long period of time. They refused to provide inspection documentation then give no reason why. Sloan has given every reason as to why this establishment should have changes made so i suggest for anyone coming here for service to do it at their own risk . I wish i could put 0 stars.-Johnny

SSI was suggested by my friend Nick after I confirmed to him how expensive BMW service was at the dealerships in Baltimore. I am very happy with their service and visited them many times over the past few years. The customer service and technicians are friendly and do quality work at less than the dealer cost. They don’t try to have you do maintenance that is not needed. Now I have a Porsche Macan and I am taking it to SSI for service. I like the fact that I can speak directly to the person servicing my car.

The only place I would ever bring any of my cars to, from oil changes to engine issues SSI is the place to go!!! Great work!!! 10 stars
