Everyone at Northwind Animal Hospital is so friendly. The veterinarians and vet technicians are very competent. I have recommended Northwind Animal Hospital to many of my friends with pets.

Dr. Jones is a great vet and has been very compassionate for our fur babies. In fact, I brought my girls here after dealing with Northwind for my childhood dog for over 15 years. But, the techs and front desk staff are now terrible! Time after time, they have proven they cannot handle a medium sized dog. They act scared of the dogs and double leash them, causing them to foam at the mouth. They once gave our dog back with her anal glands expressed all over her leash and didn’t bother cleaning her up. Both of our dogs are now petrified of this place because of the inexperience of the staff. Would not recommend this place.

Northwind has taken care of four of my animals at different points. They are always incredibly professional, take amazing care of my pets, and do not add unnecessary expenditures to an already expensive bill. As a lifelong pet owner, I have dealt with many animal hospitals, and Northwind remains my favorite. I highly recommend them.
