Made an attempt to make a return at 8:45pm. The door was already locked staff said "were closed." Google says the store closes at 9. Maybe we should change hours?

This location is the most hood/ghetto location out of the children place I've ever been to. The store never open on time. The staffs are very unprofessional and unapologetic. The company needs to close the store, fired everyone there and start over.

They have nice clothes and the employees that were on duty were nice. But it's crazy and unacceptable how the girls uniform area was so unprofessional and messy. Now I know it might have been the customers doing, but they need more employees to help out. It was a headache looking for uniforms

I typically order my stuff online and have it shipped just because I refuse to deal with the lack of customer service at this location, but I had an urgent need and went to shop in-store. BIG MISTAKE!The manager was in the back pulling online orders and she had a new employee who had just started, who had not been trained on registers, who was also not assisting customers and was also texting while working.The manager didn't seem to care.

This location has a sign that says open until 9 on the door. The internet says 8. The employees are taking advantage and closing at 8. I would like corporate to check into this. It is unfair to paying customers for them to close at inconsistent hours every night. And some days they give military discount and sometimes they don’t.

0 out of 5!!! I had to select 1 star. This location is absolutely horrible. I'm not sure if they are short on staff, but whoever the manager is on duty is not utilizing the staff properly. How do you have a line full of customers with 1 to 2 items sitting there for 10 mins while you have 2 people on the floor folding clothes and 1 person on register? Working in retail previously, you should get the crowd out the store then go back to folding clothes. The workers were there having full blown conversations with customers instead of keeping the line moving. Yes, speak to your customers and make them feel welcomed, but do not campaign for a seat at their dinner table..geesh! This location is already small and yes the store was a wreck..but clear out the customers. It will literally take 10-15 mins to clear the crowd and then go back to cleaning the store. I went to this location because it is close to me, but out of 5 years, I've only stepped into this store 3x and that was only to return an online order. I pray this location gets better in the upcoming years.

This store is a joke. They gave someone my on line order, claimed I picked it up, it wasn't me nor did I give permission for someone to do so. Manager is rude. I will be getting the law involved, this is theft and fraud

Staff moves ridiculously slow sometimes. I waited 30 min for a ship to store order that I already paid for. They talked to each other about who would check me out. The older lady was the only one able to help me and apologized for the wait

This female told my son he can't return an online order bc we don't have the receipt. That's why we asked for store credit. The uniforms in the store are gone and now they'll be gone online. Thanks for nothing, Children's Place!

This is the worst store ever. 4 clerks in the store fixing racks with 1 cashier working and the line is long. I hate coming to this store. If I could give it a zero I would. They are some of the rudest people, awful customer service.

The other reviewers are correct. Rude and ghetto. The lady at the door, shrugged like why are you asking me when I asked a question. Couldn't use the fitting room, because the manager was using it for storage. I put my clothes down and will order online where it's cheaper according to an employee.

I honestly want to speak to the manager! They treated my mom so terrible! so first I walk in and the security is looking at me so weird and makes me feel so uncomfortable and then I left to get sweet frog and when coming back my mom had her eyes watery because were Hispanic and i don't understand if she sounded racist but my mom isn't a bad person and won't say something to anyone! and so she tells me that THEY NEEDED ID TO JUST RETURN SOMETHING like didn't you just see her buy it ? And then I see a phone laying on a table I pick it up and it's android so why would I want a crusty android when I have the iPhone 8plus!? & then i pick it up because I was about to report it missing and the security guard looks at me with such a face! Saying no don't touch it it's mine! like WHY EVEN LEAVE IT THERE... I'm so unsatisfied!

Never coming back here again. Service was beyond slow. Employees took they're sweet time to ring customers up. Needs a better staff.
