I made a mistake with my online reservation and had to reach out to the hotel. Vincent Washington, Assistant GM went out of his way to assist me. I am very grateful for the kindness and understanding given to me and this situation. I rebooked my room with the correct date. Thanks so much, Vincent! I look forward to my upcoming stay.

Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Great price.Food & drinks: The Portum restaurant is everything. The food and drinks are great and always on par. Great oysters. Great Philly cheesteak egg rolls. Great lamb chops. Great pork chops. Great steaks. Great wings. I've been here multiple times. Excellent portum salad with goat cheese and almonds. Everything on the menu is great.

This place was great! The room was clean and comfortable and they offered a shuttle service to downtown national harbor and the casino which was awesome! They are pet friendly which is why we chose to stay here. So glad we did!

it was my first trip to the DC area in more than 10 years. I went with a group and all 49 of us were on the same floor. I had an issue with my TV and the two gentlemen that came to fix my TV had it fixed within minutes and I'm pretty tech savvy. The hotel was a short walking distance from shopping areas and restaurants. They even had a shuttle bus to take you to local attractions for a small fee. I would recommend this place to friends, family, and strangers. When I get the chance I will return!Rooms: beautifully updated with a safe in the room for your valueables.. beautiful bathroom and the two double beds were plush. 2 thumbs up!Walkability: close to whatever you want

Only needed a room for myself for one night and was offered double queen for $337 (with service fee and taxes), which I thought was high, but I was in need. I figured the lobby, bar/restaurant looked nice and assumed it was more luxurious than your average hotel. My assumptions soon left when getting on a dilapidated elevator. Then walking down the hallway that needs repair. The room AC is outdated and loud, despite lowering the motor. The traffic noise from the local road and the DC Beltway- also too loud. For just a little more, I could have stayed at the MGM or the Gaylord at National Harbor and stayed at a really nice hotel instead of a glorified motel.

The Saturday and Sunday brunches are great, especially with a jazz band playing. Becareful of the wait staff, if you have large parties, they can become difficult in splitting the bill. We had one person who didn't eat or drink anything, and they wanted to charge him as well. The bill was retracted after we informed him that he didn't eat anything. Actually, I think he received a larger tip by splitting the bill than a combined check. Overall, we really ourselves.

Surprisingly great value for it's close location to the National Harbor, especially for business travelers. Rooms are modern, very clean, relatively spacious, and professional staff. Large restaurant with large bar that is well staffed for happy-hour groups. Free shuttle to National Harbor/Gaylord Resort areas. Lots of free parking at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, there.Rooms: Roomy, modern, business class comforts.Nearby activities: National Harbor, Gaylord Resort, MGM Casino, Top Golf park, Potomac River, Tanger outlets.Walkability: Do not walk. Take their free shuttle to local attractions.Food & drinks: Hotel has a nice, large, well staffed restaurant and a nice, large, well staffed bar.
