I don’t normally come to this bank and I’m glad I hopefully don’t ever have to. Came here because I needed to make a deposit and it was on my way home. Went through the drive through, had to wait 20 minutes to get to a teller and a teller never ever came up on the camera to speak! It was a blue screen the entire time. If the camera and or speaker were broken, maybe the drive through should have been temporarily closed or a sign stating that or something! Terrible service. Do not recommend.

When they have more than one teller working the drive through and customers inside..I'll update my review. BUT, that'll probably never happen. Just close this branch if you can't find people to work here. Also, do we really need someone sitting at the door handing out deposit slips?!? Ludicrous! She should be behind the counter serving customers.

This place does not have a single cashier on a FRIDAY! Is this a PRANK? No but this bank is a joke. Non of the employees including manager can’t help customers, about at least dozen of people waiting in the lobby, no one can give us an answer why or when a cashier will be available. Go somewhere else if you don’t wanna waste time

The people inside don’t want to help you but will be standing around talking to their coworkers about what time they get off while the line is almost to the door. Everytime I come in here it’s the same thing and I’ve spoken to the manager before so I’ll just start going to a different branch. At least keep the ATMs stocked with enough cash so I don’t have to come inside and deal with the employees attitudes. The customer service is horrible. All I needed was change. Smh

My visit today at my local PNC Branch was excellent. The bank guard was awesome, very informative and helpful. I went to have a document notarized. He told me where to go, who I was behind and the notary was very pleasant and worked fast. I had not been inside of a branch in a long time, and the team there made my return awesome!

Trash, they made us wait on the notary who had "just gone to lunch 15 mins ago" who supposedly takes an hour lunch just to tell us she was going to be another 15 mins. I'm closing my account and never coming back to this ghetto place again.

Been coming to this branch for years but the last 7 months has been ridiculous....The wait is unbelievable just to do a simple transaction....March 11 it was one teller working both window and drive thru had to wait 55 minutes just to get to the teller after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru and nobody responded to the drive thru

This is by far my worse experience I've had at any PNC bank. Waited in drive thru for an hour on a basic transaction. It's beyond ridiculous. I wish they would've closed this location instead of the one in Giant on Silver Hill road. And im not one to write a bad review but this is crazy!!

This is the best experience I have had at a bank in a long time. The branch manager Richard Dawkins really went above and beyond to help us. He made what should have been a difficult situation very easy.

This location is horrible. Terrible customer service. Zero care for customers. I would give a negative zero if I could but 1 star was my only option. Manager is a joke and the security guards are used as puppets. I watched how they treated other customers and it made me sick. Can you say training needed. :(

Wait times for basic transactions are way too long.. The employees are pleasant, but the service is extremely slow no matter the time or day or of you're the only person in the bank.
