I went to the Oxon Hill Location on Wednesday March 27, 2024. Actually I have been going there for a couple of years now, I have had very good experiences with my appointments. But on this day I had the pleasure to work with “Ms. Mo” very knowledgeable we picked a lot of glasses then she was very honest then I selected. We also enjoyed each other’s company. Thanks Ms. Moe see you soon. ?

They will cancel your appointment without notifying you of the changes, and they don’t care how much a inconvenience it is to you. Don’t recommend !!!!

Excellent establishment with great customer service. When you go, ask for Kizzy and Mo. They both made the experience worth while. I was very grateful and impressed with their body of knowledge regarding their craft. True subject matter experts!! Thank you for your fabulous service.

these people wasted my time do not go here. i came on time and they asked me to email them my insurance card. i emailed it three time. once initially then twice after the told me they hadn’t received it which was like two minutes after i came in. they told me to sit and wait. after twenty minutes they told me that they have to reschedule my appointment because the grace period had passed. they said since they didn’t get any of the three emails that i had sent they couldnt take me. don’t waste your time coming here. they aren’t serious people.

I used to be a patient of this facility years ago, I was there on 12/28 time to renew DL/PRESCRIPTION, upload my certification to the MVA website only to find out the Dr. Didn't fill in the circles on the form, have been sitting in the office for 20mins. for the Dr to fill in some circles I won't be going back I'll find another location who values their job and ppls time, so unacceptable

I’ve been coming there for over 25years and I get insurance every time on my glasses, but this time they didn’t add or ask about me about insurance. Now I have to go 60 days without glasses until my insurance kicks in. The female employees always have attitudes. I’m presently looking for another eye doctor.

Ashley helped me pick out two new frames. She was super nice and helpful. I loved the frames I picked out, one was my usual style and she helped me get out of my comfort zone for the second pair. Explained my insurance and benefits very clearly.
