I want to say that Belinda,Trinity and Courtney made my visit easy. I was a total mess coming to labcorp .I did not know what to do, being that was my first time coming to labcorp. They was patient with me , explain how to log on and when I realized I left my paper work in my car. They continue to assist me. Will I recommend Ocon Hill location to friends yes. Excellent Excellent service.Thank you

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem. Staff is friendly. I was in and out no appointment today in 30 minutes. I guess it’s timing? Always rely on the recent reviews!

I so rarely leave reviews but I have to commend the staff and management of this LabCorp. I have visited here for several (maybe 3-4) blood draws over the last eight months and every time the experience has been seamless. I usually make an appointment for 7:45 or 8 am and literally have been in and out within 10 minutes every time. The staff has been friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!

Front desk employees were great. However, the woman taking the urine samples for employment service needs an attitude check. She's rude. I had an appointment and she took another person at the same time of my appointment who did not have an appointment. Why the client told me while waiting. Yesterday I waited over an hour and needed to leave. The woman taking the urine test needs some customer service training.

The need to get themselves together. It was crowded today and unorganized. Kept asking the lady when was it my turn and she lied and said there’s two in front of you. Another 20 mins go by the. She says oh there’s one more in front of you. After seeing multiple people go ahead of me I called the quits and got me some KFC. Went home another 20 mins later and they called and said now we’re ready for you. I told her Nevermind I’ll just go at another location tomorrow.

Extremely long wait. Arrived and checked in @ 10:25 am for a preemployment drug screen. Waited over an hour. Was told that there was only 1 functional restroom. Staff were ok but overall this LabCorp location seemed inefficient. Would recommend other users to go elsewhere.

The worst ! No supplies , no staff, there is no reason to make an appointment because they make you wait an 1hr before you are seen for your actual appointment. Employment drug screening is only done from 11-3 and they don't start until after the break.

Took my daughter for lab work. Jiere did amazing! from checking us in to drawing my daughters blood, she didn’t feel the needle at all. Great customer service. I was out of there in 10 mins!

Very attentive and quick service, brought my son in for lab work, Michelle was very helpful and helped my son get through blood work quick and easy. My son hates needles and it was a relieve to me that I didn’t have to hold my son down. Come in with a mask and they only allow 3 clients at a time. I like that they keep their office clean and sanitize.

Literally the worst. They don’t answer the phone and everything is incredibly slow. Came up here for a drug test (which I KNOW no one was here for) and literally sat for an hour. they said they text me and I never received one. Had to walk back in to get served. A complete waste of my time. I’d rather go to any other Lab than this one. Terrible service.

This has to be the worst lab corp I’ve ever been to. The problem is Professionalism, or The lack thereof. The office manager/receptionist is horrible. She claims she’s been doing this job for 19 years? The lady told me that my order was expired. Well it wasn’t my order to start with. She gave meAll of someone’s personal information… she said she was so sorry and sent me out the door with someone else’s personal and medical information. (I mean is this against the law at most?)The fact that the names were in no way similar still be hooves me. People are literally here and at the end of the day any results will some how end in a matter of life or death. If this means getting the job or not getting a job due to a negative or positive drug test. Or If the reason is even something more detrimental regarding one’s health. I say all of this to say that the lack of patience, compassion, care was troubling.. While sitting and waiting for my Order to be found I sat and heard atleast 3 employees express how they really didn’t want to be here because it’s Friday still I couldn’t hear one once of humility in any of them. Please I promise I can not make any of this up. Miss Michele needs training and then more training. To say incompetent would be a complement in regards to what I experienced today.The Manager Alex and or Corporate will be getting a call from me first thing Monday morning.

The front desk lady Samantha Winscock is very unprofessional and not welcoming. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting to be checked in, I had to ask her do I check in here? She said oh no you check in over there, when was you gonna say something if I told you it’s my first time here. She is so nasty, ugly and ugly spirited. I will never visit this location again

Did not have what I needed to do my test. Sent me to another LapCorp with the wrong paperwork. Over 2 hours to get blood work. Ridiculous. Nobody answers the phone.
