I travel up and down the east coast at least once a month. This was, by far, the worst Target experienceI have had. The “security” and “secret shoppers”, not to mention the sales persons, are ridiculously obvious about their assumptions and off putting. I admire the investment in a company where none of the positions I mentioned are salaried, but struggle with trying to determine what the purpose is. This is Target, not Walmart. If I wanted that experience I would have gone there. If you don’t trust people in the area beyond needing aggressive security, don’t build there.

Absolutely disgusting store manager named Courtney who literally had the worse attitude . Luckily I called corporate and was immediately compensated and met with much better customer service seems like the store will hire just about anybody as a manager because that her unprofessionalism was beyond me . I had a product with receipt and wanted to exchange she said that because it was marked down I need to pay the additional fee of the product . Made 0 sense as I was only wanting to exchange since the product was defective.

We all love Tarjé seriously. Do y'all go in, for one thing, forget what you came for but see an some items back in stock so you buy one of each ?.$125 and still can't remember what I needed.

The staff in the customer service/pick up area could be more attentive, every time I go to customer serv8ce, the people working there are having conversations 9r making personal transactions while customers are waiting.The store layout isn't great, but the store has everything you need. We desperately needed a Target in our area and I am happy to have Target in my neighborhood now. I hope that they expand the snack area and keep the customer service on point!

Guest services employees really dont like to acknowledge the customers. Not sure why, but everytime I walk up to wait for my pick-up items, no one speaks to me or even acknowledges what I may need. I wait for a few minutes before I usually have to track down a random employee and ask for some helpThe sliced cheese had lots of fuzzy mold growing on it in the grocery section, YUCK.The chips aisle was desolate and bare.My least favorite location so far :(

My biggest issue was the lack of professional customer service skills. I went to do a return, the young man first tried to tell me that 90 days had passed when I order it on November 12 and the return date was Jan 1. Once I informed him of proper 90day counting he then tells me the item is ineligible for return because it was purchased through affirm. I told him that's not true and to get a supervisor.After waiting another 5-10mins the lady came back with a piece of paper explaining to me I could return item. Which I already knew. She should've been teaching the employee that. He never even attempted to try and process return and did not even come back out of the back to apologize for being wrong. Their excuse was it's new. More lies, I've been utilizing affirm for over a year. Please do better at training front desk customer service

Stopped in to pick up an online order. The young man at the orders desk was fabulous—courteous and prompt. Then, he went right over with me to the returns to help me with that too. Everything went well and smoothly. The store was clean and everything was easy to find.

This by far has been the worst target I have ever had the displeasure of shopping at. I have tried to get the new OLED switch twice now. I ordered through the app and my order was later confirmed by them. I drive 30 minutes to this target and then wait another 20 minutes in curbside and no one shows up. I later find out that they canceled it and their reasoning for canceling it was because I requested it. I have tried once again after hoping things would turn out differently, however when I called to make sure they had the item after I had purchased it online for the second time, they tell me that they don't have it. I believe this their employees are buying it for themselves and perhaps even reselling them as I have never had this issue at any other place.

The security and "secret shoppers" are so annoyingly obvious ?. You can follow me around but next time offer some help! Push this cart. Be my assistant for the day ??And if the cashier's are just going to watch you while you do the self check out they can just ring us up! Right?I spend way too much in Target to be treated like a criminal.

This is a smaller Target compared to many others. Someone else mentioned that the layout is confusing, which I agree with. However, the staff was knowledgeable about where things were. I talked to at least 5 Target workers during my shopping and they all knew exactly how to direct me. They were also easy to find. I accidentally interrupted one young lady while she was helping another customer. She was very respectful towards me and helped me immediately after she finished with the first customer. My only recommendation would be service with a smile.

I only shop here for specific items of which they are always out of stock I was told by management they only carry limited stock because they are considered a smaller store this would be exceptable if the replenishment was normal however It's been over a month since one of the items was in stock. I considered this poor service on the part of management.

Layout is a bit confusing since its layout is unlike any other target.

Very disorganized with narrow aisles. However the staff was very helpful in showing us where some items were located. Avoid coming on weekends as checkout aisles become very long with limited spacing.
