Well the easy stuff got done but I thought when they say top off all fluids they actually did that. The last Jiffy Lube I went to in Gaithersburg, MD was exceptional(but it’s about 45 mins from my house) All fluids topped off, vacuumed and every one was super informative and helpful. St Barnabas location was decent but I didn’t get the sense that everything they could of done to make my visit meet Jiffy Lubes standards was performed because I noticed on the receipt it says they checked my brake fluid level which I’ve been loosing brake pressure(and my brake fluid reads min to max level meaning it’s not full) and I had brake fluid in my car but no one asked me about it. Guess I’ll schedule a service or go try to add the brake fluid myself.

I just got an oil change. But the whole operation was pretty fast. Maybe 20 minutes. I was in and out. I really value that. I would recommend them to others. At the time I arrived they had quite a few customers there and we moved through pretty quickly.Thanks JL.

This establishment is Completely unprofessional and my worst experience at Jiffy Lube ever. First, let’s start at the worst part; I was accused of stealing because the guy couldn't remember if he gave me my change or not. My keys were withheld and I was completely disregarded and held against my will while they went through the footage only to find that he had made a mistake. WHICH I HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM. No apology was issued. Second, before that when the guy came in and my car had been finished he didn’t complete my paperwork until he made coffee and cleaned up the coffee area entirely. Including taking the pot through the garage to pour it out in the back. This is what led to the 3rd issue I will mention, when it was finally time for me to leave I couldn't because he had taken so long that the other workers parked cars in the way of the only exit. Also, instead of moving the vehicle, they made me wait for another person to finish their transaction entirely so that they could leave while I was forced to wait. In total this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube and I left feeling disrespected and that I had been punished for choosing to patronize this establishment. I had no negative interactions with any of the workers that could be blamed for this horrendous treatment. I was ok with looking past their attitude at the job but when it was weaponized against me I could not stay quiet.

The customer service and vehicle service went well. The agent worked to provide me with discounts and in general he presented as polite and knowledgeable. I observed other staff engage with other customers and it was nice to see the courtesy and professionalism.

My experience was seamless. I drove up and they took it from there. They made sure they explained the what, the why, pricing, and offered additional services. They were the 3 P’s pleasant, polite, and patient.

I love This location the staff here is always professional and they get you in an out. Their customer service is amazing an they communicate with you on what services your their for an what else should be done if they see an issue..Great Service ?

Great pit service!!! Desk service was lacking customer service . Car servicing was completed car was pulled out of pit , I waited 15 min after I informed the desk person the car was ready. Another staff person checked me out. The other desk person was outside chatting, drinking coffee, smoking a cigarette. Not good...I away come to this Jiffy Lube because of it's great service.This was first time I was somewhat disappointed ?

Suppose to have gotten a free vacuum but didn’t, car door handles greasy from mechanic, touching the door without gloves, prices are very high, But through all of that the young lady who assisted me was very helpful with excellent customer service skills, I believe her name is Andrea Haskins.. I might see if I’ll continue to give you all my business with the service I received 50/50 excellent customer service skills I gotten I can try again at least…. Thanks!

Always amazing service & great customer service. Recommend additional services, but never push them on you. Just tells you what you need & what their price is to do them. Never any pressure, just keeping the customer informed. Love this location.Service: Oil change

This business destroyed my car. Came to get a simple oil change. THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL. Drove off thinking everything was fine. 7 hours later engine failed. Have to get a new engine. Never going back to a Jiffy lube as apparently this is a normal occurrence with them. They pretend to do their job, and it's costing us, the customer money. This isn't the first time I personally have taken a car to them and my car have broken down consistently afterward. Now I know, there are other more legitimate businesses I can go to, so this doesn't keep happening. Ppl please stop funding Jiffy Lube. It's not a legitimate company. They are there to take your money and Not do their job.Service: Oil change

A little pricey compared to other business near by, however they do a great job of checking your vehicle to notify of things u may not be aware of. They also don’t take long to service your vehicle. Most places will just accept your money, they will instead just give you honest feedback and only necessarily things to repair. I try to go early when they open.
