Chris & Will were very professional and dressed professionally as well! They quickly moved me into another rental due to an issue with the other one previously provided.. they were both very courteous, kind and helpful. Highly recommend them & their kind service..thank you both again!!

This location has the WROST customer service!!! They will find a way to keep your deposit so they don’t have to REFUND you. STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE!!! There are other rental companies to rent from

The best thing I loved about this staff is they greet u as soon as u come thru the door. There customer service is amazing they make u feel like family and the way they take care of u I dont want to go to no other location but this one. Mr. WHEELER RUN his location with professionalism and kindness and thats why They my family on the go.

Well for one there a lady there i believe shes a supervisor but im not sure, her attitude is horrible with a capital H, told the manager specifically that i did not want to deal with her or have her call me and guess who called and woke me up about a rental i already talked to someone about the day before, you guessed it right her and her nasty attitude. I get that its early and you might not want to be at work but thats no excuse for the way she talks to people or her horrible nasty attitude, i do not recommend this location to anybody????????

I have booked compact car, and my pick up was at noon, they called me at 11:30, and told me that no car is available and they can only provide car at 4:00. When I called enterprise customer care they told me that compact car available at that location but when I checked out my hotel and reached there, they again told me no car available. After 30 minutes they offered me large SUV at 5 times of my booking price, which I refused off-course. They have me wait almost 2 hours and then finally upgraded to compact SUV on same price. The funny thing is that this SUV was there more than one hour before they upgraded the booking, could have done it long time ago and save my time. This delayed my travel plans significantly and I could not go the national park I was planning to.

They did not attend to me in order of arrival, they always treated me, I do not know if it was because I was wearing very dirty clothes since I came from work, I complained to them since they did not attend to me and they told me what to wait, they continued to attend to the new clients that arrived, I had to hir, why did I get desperate? It's not the only place that rents cars.

I am still due to a reimbursement from Enterprise after Oxon Hill Md Branch office charged my credit card for additional amount of damages on the vehicle. After I have paid in full and received a receipt from the corporate office that the claim was closed. No one has resolved the problem as of yet and no managers returns calls as they promise to do. I will not reccomend no one to Enterprise rental car!!

They were away from the desk for over 20 minutes as soon as they opened. They didnt have our address in the system although we been living in the same area for over 10 years. Poor customer service, overall i would not recommend enterprise period honestly just go somewhere else for a rental anywhere but here especially this location. Wheeler was who assisted me and did a terrible job.

Edit 2: They did not respond to my email. Just as I assumed, management probably copy/pastes these responses to reviews to make it seem like they care.Edit: I emailed the text of this review to the email address given in the response. I will update this review if they actually do something to make this situation better.Classic opening line: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We have a rental with them as part of an insurance claim. They call us this morning and leave a voicemail letting us know the car has been impounded. We try to call them back, but of course they don’t answer (see below). My husband takes half a day of leave from work to go home and find the car exactly where we left it. We continue to call them and can’t get them to answer the phone. Finally, we call the Alexandria location who says they’ll call Oxon Hill and ask them to call us back.So they call us back. The first lady on the phone has no idea what I’m talking about and tries to tell me the voicemail must have been a scam. When I tell her that I’ll get the name and phone number on the voicemail, she puts me on hold. Lo and behold, the lady who left the voicemail gets on the phone. Her name is D’Nasia. (The spelling may be off.)Turns out it was all a mistake! Whoops! And she figured out it was a mistake after she left the voicemail, but didn’t bother calling us back to let us know. How nice of her! Meanwhile, we are in a panic and taking half a day of leave to go home and confirm her mistake. Her mistake cost us half a day of pay, but there’s nothing they can do about that. It was a mistake, you see!This is all compounded by the fact it’s impossible to get them on the phone. We have tried to call them multiple times and sat on hold for 30+ minutes each time before giving up and calling the Alexandria location.We will be returning the rental to the Alexandria location on Richmond Highway. If you need an Enterprise rental, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go to the Alexandria location instead. It’s not that far away, they actually answer the phone, and don’t seem prone to “mistakes.”
