I have no idea why people are getting upset at this location of Crocs and leaving bad reviews for being closed due to a County permit issue…Plus it says it clearly states that the store is temporarily closed on Google…
I’ve shopped here for at least 2 years and have only had positive and great interactions with multiple employees there. Upper Management has done a great job of keeping the store looking tip top and training their staff to be helpful and pleasant.
I’d urge you to ignore the few bad reviews and go shop here! Love Crocs!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The managers Alex and Diego (an employee told me their names) are rude, inattentive, informed, and, sad to say, racist. I am an avid croc wearer but I usually order online, but on the occasion I needed a quick solid black pair as mine was worn due to frequent use. I walked into the store and Diego (shorter guy about 5’5, hispanic, and slightly long hair) eyed me from the register as if he got a message that I was about to ransack the whole place. I gave him a small smile and nod as a way to greet him and he looked away from me and proceeded to use his phone. I was only going in there for a black pair of crocs but they didn’t have my size on the floor so I was going to ask if they had anymore in the back, but it was my first time in the store so I walked around just to see if they had anything else I may like. A couple of people were in the line so I was in no rush. (No other workers were on the floor I guess because they were on break or it was just a slow day.) Diego, on the other hand, must have been bothered by my presence even though I had only been in there no more than 5 minutes at this point and he YELLED across the store while ringing customers up “MA’AM IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING YOU NEED TO LEAVE” I turned around to see who he was talking to and his eyes were on me as he waited for one of the customers to finish paying. Embarrassed I walked to the register and said I was waiting for help since no one else was around to do so. He again said loudly, “if it is not on the floor we do not have it”. I left the store planning to never return. Unfortunately, for Christmas gifts i went with a friend to (sadly) buy her sister a pair of crocs. We had found a pair she may have liked and decided to get some jibbits. The jibbits were unorganized and lacking options so my friend asked Alex (taller around 5’10-6’0, short hair, hispanic) if there was a way we can order items from in store off the actual website. Alex rudely responds “if you dont like our selection you wont like the croc website much better” my friend said she just wants to see more options and if she can order from in store she’ll look up the product on crocs website to make it easier. Alex threw a hissy fit and walked us back over to the jibbits even though we told him we were not a big fan of the selection. He mumbled “women are so picky” as we insisted we did not want them. Sadly my friend still spent her money there and I wish she hadn’t. This store either needs to close down or go under new management. This behavior and response to customers is unacceptable.

Elyse at the National Harbor Croc store was so helpful and displayed a positive customer experience! When you go there make sure you shop with her. See makes me only want to come to this location now. This my first time in this store and wouldn’t be my last! Thanks Elyse.

Crocs is very unprofessional and shows as a norm. Employees use derogatory language when communicating with co-workers in front of customers and lack customer service. It's clear the staff doesn't have good management. Crocs needs a change.
