“The people that work there are always nice to me and greet me with "Hello! How are you?" I can't stand the way that some customers talk to them. Over a simple mistake one day, one of the customers said "Maybe if I speak another language, you'll understand me...? All I could ask him was "DO you speak another language? I'm just asking because you don't seem to have good control of the English language." He turned his anger toward me, called me something other than what my mother named me and stormed out. All I could do was laugh!”

“This place is a great option if you are hungry at the Gaylord and all the restaurants have long waits or are closed. It's probably even s great option if the restaurants are open with no wait.You can order from a cashier and pick up your food in 15-20 minutes. There are tables in the atrium to sit at. Everything we ordered was surprisingly tasty... Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccololini, Angus burger with cheese and bacon, and chicken quesadilla. Prices are reasonable for the hotel and the convenience. (The food in my photo is partially eaten already.)”
