Teresa was the best. Great customer service is hard to come by these days especially when it's just about closing, but Teresa made us feel special and important. Not to mention the shoes she recommended are the cutest and the best. I wore my shoes out the door and it felt like I was walking on clouds. This wasn't my 1st time in this store and it will not be my last. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Teresa was incredibly helpful and patient, offering shoes I wanted to try, in different sizes and colors. She made some good suggestions regarding fit and styles as well. I often feel rushed by the staff at shoe stores, but not here.

We walked by and went in for my sister to have new shoes. We walked out with 5 pairs of new shoes between 4 people. I learned things about my feet I never knew. Annette was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Great company great staff.

What a wonderful experience from the moment i walked in. Very nice store w/a nice selection of shoes for all. Teresa immediately greeted me and was a tremendous help in sharing information about my feet, the arch support that i didnt even know i needed and making suggestions about what shoes would be ideal for my needs.Teresa was very attentive, nice and patience as i tried on at least 8 or 9 pairs of shoes. I came there on February 17th and i ended up purchasing 5 pairs. It definitely was money well spent!!! Thank you Teresa for your help. Comfort One Shoes has an asset in Teresa.Thanks again and look forward to seeing you again?

Teresa was absolutely amazing, extremely kind, and super knowledgeable! I can say that I have not received this type of customer service in years. I called the store before arriving to inquire and happily welcomed me to visit. When I arrived at the store the ladies immediately greeted and welcomed me. Teresa Thank you so much! The other lady in the store was super awesome with her customers as well!

Omari blew me away with his customer skills and his deep knowledge of the multitude of shoes he was showing me. Professional, aware of my facial expression and body language, Omari asked all the right questions to make sure I was more than satisfied with my purchases. Later that same day, I brought my husband in and the personal care he took to meet his shoe need was awesome!! A bright future for this young man in whatever he sets his mind to.
