The store had a good selection of items. The staff, however, were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They stood behind the check out counter staring at my family and passing comments about us between themselves. I asked for a shoe size that they did not have on the shelf which they brought. However, that one did not fit and so asked for a smaller size. The ladies behind the counter told me that I could only get a smaller size if I packed the first pair back in the box the same way I found it, otherwise I couldn’t try a new size. All this while they continued to stare and didn’t offer any assistance. They also passed comments about us messing up the shelf that should be clean. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes but the experience was the worst I’ve had so far from any coach store around the world. I just wants to leave the store.

Went on black Friday I waited for 15 minutes outside in the line, I had a 2 year old with me, I asked the man at the door if I could go to the bathroom and come back in to just pay the items I wanted he said no and that I had to get in line again to enter the store, I had a 2 year old with me and you wanted me to wait outside in the cold ??? I left the store and went to the bathroom my wife stayed inside while I was outside the man at the door did not want to let me in so my wife was talking to the manager(Rodney) while I was outside with my kid, the manager just walked off and went to the register without even saying anything and left her talking alone he then came back 10 minutes later to just give her a card so I could contact someone about my issue, why was it so hard to just let me in and let me pay for the things I needed and wanted, we walked out of the store disappointed in the service left everything I was buying, I will never be shopping there again the costumer service is absolutely devastating and let’s not talk about the management! Definitely need to change managers and they need to change their attitude!!

The customer service here is so bad I’d rather drive an hour away to another coach outlet location just so I won’t have to deal with unpleasant unfriendly attitudes from employees. I felt anxiety entering the store a second time because of the poor customer service and interaction from a previous visit. I called beforehand to ask a question about an item I was interested in purchasing online but no one answered the phone. From the moment you walk in no smile, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance from anyone. The are a lot of employees standing around and the lines are always long. When asking a question your met with an attitude. Don’t come to this location.

This is the worst location ever. The customer service is horrible. I wanted to purchase an item and all three on the shelf were damaged with either make up or scratches on it and when I asked to please get another one not damaged the response was “we don’t sell from the back” I asked for an item not damaged. The workers get attitudes when asking about products. They never answer the phone. Very unorganized. Avoid this location.

What an awful experience. After I spent 10 minutes checking bags one by one not being able to find the price of a particular model. I asked a sales person by the register to help, not only she did not help me, ahe didnt ask some else to help me, insteas she asked me to stay in the line of the register behind a few people. Just to ask for a price!!! Unbelievably rude behavior! I asked another sales person to give me her name so I can put it here, but she did not give that to me.

Good experience, we were there to return an item that we ordered online. However, we were not happy with that purchase. The gentleman that helped us was very professional and courteous, hehandled our return in an efficient manner. Kudos to this Coach location.

We went in for a pickup today around 2:30pm. I ordered an anniversary gift for my partner and it was very convenient to just pick it up. There were 3 gentlemen standing at the front, who did not greet us or even acknowledge us as we walked in. The young lady at the counter was not very welcoming also. I greeted her with no response. I told her I was there for a pickup and she barely made eye contact and said can I see your ID. She went to retrieve the item and handed it to me. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because of the young lady Aliza who actually gave us a warm farewell and thanked us for shopping there. I work in customer service and it means everything. This was my first experience at this location and will probably be my last.

Zero stars for the terrible customer service. There are a bunch of associates hanging out chatting and playing and all are useless. Items are fine and the store is clean but the need to get better employees.

Didn't get treated right. Couldn't return a $1,300 purchase with RECIEPT cash buy. Told after 30 days I have to keep it. It was only 60 days and I got it with cash. I have$14,000 in items from Coach FOXWOODS and tangier mgm DC did me dirty!! I'll never go there again!! And no exchange or return after 30 days is a whack policy. I'd warn anyone against buying coaches outlet products. I didn't have a good experience after madd cash spent. That's sad

Store very clean. The young man who greeted me was very friendly and warm. There are no long lines this time. I stopped in to see how I could get my strap fix, and the young lady gave me price and instructions. I chose not to get fixed because it would be more than what I paid for the bag, and I really love it.

I had a very disheartening experience at this location this past weekend. I witnessed a black woman angrily curse out a store employee for no apparent reason. The mother appeared to be in here late 40s and persisted in harassing the young sales representative with rude remarks and curse words. During this time her daughter walked in and appeared to be an employee at the Coach Outlet. She proceeded to join her mother in verbally attacking the young girl behind the register. This behavior was unsettling and unacceptable. I hope this young woman is fired in addition to her mother being banned from the store.

Wow, I am very disappointed to say that I sent some colleagues from my firm to this location for charity gifts after the fantastic service I received years ago by a manager name Ty. Unfortunately, he is no longer there and my colleagues did not receive the elevated friendly service that was anticipated. We were forced to shop another brand. Good Luck to this location.

Every-time I do an online order for this location they take a full 24 hours to have my order ready. The employees are also super rude and it takes a good 20 mins before anyone acknowledges your existence. Just don't come here.

Walked in and unfortunately I wasn't greeted by the young lady standing at the door! 6 individuals on the floor incapable of facilitating my purchases for the afternoon. Only 1 individual arranging items in the back, inquired as to my well being. I was ready and willing to buy multiple bags. But due to customer service I advised my military family members to purchase additional bags elsewhere!
