Gyselle is by far AMAZING! I purchased an iPhone SE today and she was amazing from beginning to end. Shes has taken the extra step to assist me with swapping devices for me from the office because I had to leave. She definitely deserves a raise for the amazing OUTSTANDING service she has provided me with today. PROMOTE HER PLEASE!

I like the concept of Boost (save money, lower bill). If you need to reach a human on the phone, it is challenging. We decided to visit a store. I saw two people sitting on the sidewalk at the corner of the store. The inside was clean and carefully divided for social distancing. I was researching how to switch from Android back to an iPhone. Since each location is a franchise, pricing and helpfulness varies. I didn't get helpful answers at this store. As I was getting back in my car, I noticed that the two people were still on the sidewalk. They were on drugs. I would not return to this store.

I wanted a Samsung product with a basic plan. I checked the phones and prices prior to visiting the store. I expected 20$ more than the online price. The representative quotes almost 100$ more than the online price and then she informed me I had to take the highest monthly plan available because it's a new service. I started asking questions and suddenly she changed the price. Hmmmmm, a little questionable!!!!!!!! She lowered the price but be careful when visiting this location. I believe they are making up prices as they go...

I purchased a phone and 3 days later got locked out of the phone. When I returned the phone to get it unlocked the representative named Kathia was very rude and disrespectful. I don't speak spanish. She asked me for my email and password that I used when purchasing the phone. I informed her that I used my pin and phone number. She turned to co-worker and started speaking in Spanish. The person who sold me the phone informed her that I was right because she sold me the phone. She was so rude. Once she unlocked the phone all apps dissappeared. She told me that I had to register the phone but couldn't and wouldn't guide me in doing so. I truly hate that I went to that store. I asked for her sipervisor's name and number and she refused to give me the information. I would not refer anyone to that store. The worst service ever!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my experience today at boost Mobile because the store employee Vanessa really was very patient with me and went an extra two miles to make sure I was satisfied with her customer service. The service she did to find the information I needed to allow my phone service to continue was amazing and I'm sold that no other employee would have to the time or patience to do what she did. I recommend that everyone go to Vanessa and the store on Oxon Rd. get the satisfaction and customer service that we all desire.
