I wish it could be 00000000 .they always scamming over charging .an rude they should've been closed .they tried it today 67 dollars for xfinity prepaid which is only 40 bucks for me im a boost customer an ex employee wow stop getting over price gouging.smh

I like the concept of Boost (save money, lower bill). If you need to reach a human on the phone, it is challenging. We decided to visit a store. I saw two people sitting on the sidewalk at the corner of the store. The inside was clean and carefully divided for social distancing. I was researching how to switch from Android back to an iPhone. Since each location is a franchise, pricing and helpfulness varies. I didn't get helpful answers at this store. As I was getting back in my car, I noticed that the two people were still on the sidewalk. They were on drugs. I would not return to this store.

The boost mobile located in Eastover Shopping center has changed so much. I am very disappointed in my customer service today. There was a guy, brownskin, glasses, beard..... and a female, Lightskin, glasses, slim built.... both who seem as though they didn't want to be there. Be that the case ( we all have those days) , you were at work... so the least you can do is "play" the part. The guy came off very aggressive and angry, and the young lady seemed uninterested and aloof. It was terrible. Neither of them should work there... they're representing the brand HORRIBLY!

I wanted a Samsung product with a basic plan. I checked the phones and prices prior to visiting the store. I expected 20$ more than the online price. The representative quotes almost 100$ more than the online price and then she informed me I had to take the highest monthly plan available because it's a new service. I started asking questions and suddenly she changed the price. Hmmmmm, a little questionable!!!!!!!! She lowered the price but be careful when visiting this location. I believe they are making up prices as they go...

I love the Eastover location. Shy is awesome! She's knowledgeable, patient and provides great customer service. THIS is the place to go if you're a Boost customer or want to become one.

Boost Mobile. It was a very delightful experience. I think the representative name is Derrick. If not please forgive my ineptness. Anyway he was very helpful and informative. He took time to show me different features on my Galaxy Tab 8. He was very professional and efficient. Boost should be proud to have Derrick represent them.

If I could put 0 stars I would store closed early it clearly says 5:00 on the door and website and the store associate closed it at 4:50
