Rick was extremely friendly and helpful! He made sure we were comfortable with kayaks and bike we rented. He even went the extra mile when we felt uneasy about launching in a certain spot for the first time, and came to help us out. We are so excited to come back and rent from Dockside again!

Called this place today, they have no walk in rentals, they rent their boats to vacation places like Airbnb and private homes and all their boats are gone for the month of July. Do not bother.

Rental was easy and staff was nice. We enjoyed a beautiful day on the water. Would definitely rent from them again!

We are staying near St Michaels. We thought about renting bikes in St. Michael and taking the Bellevue-Oxford Ferry. Instead, we drove to the ferry. But we were thrilled to see bike rentals right when you get off the ferry. No one was there so we called the number, and he told us we could wait 15 minutes for him, or we could just help ourselves to bikes and helmets and pay when we returned them. We chose the latter and had a great time biking around Oxford. When we returned, the person at the stand was very nice. There are a variety of bikes. Most were one-speed, which is OK because Oxford is very flat. The bikes were in good shape, and perfect for pedaling around town (not serious riding). If you are in St. Michaels, I highly recommend taking the ferry and grabbing bikes at this rental place.

Extremely friendly and patient staff. Rick waited for us for an extra 45 minutes, as we were running late for a rental call-ahead. Highly recommend. Beautiful area to kayak!

What a great experience. I'm a tough shopper and difficultt customer. These folks were top notch. Fair prices, premium product, and very good quality. I love boats and have spent a lifetime on them; There's are very very well kept. would rent from them again for sure.
