The team at Nealey in Owings is always helpful, friendly and fair. I have taken my vehicle there several times for maintenance and regular upkeep. Jennifer is always willing to go over all the details with me and answer any questions I have.

I thought I was stranded visiting MD for a wedding, they got me to the wedding in time and got my brakes fixed to get me back home safely 7 hours away. Great team, dedicated, honest and understanding. Pricey but what isn’t these days!!

Great service and very helpful. I did some front end work on my own and took my car in for an alignment. They did the alignment and a complimentary inspection and emailed me a copy of the inspection details and cost of each service. I am still having some issues and they offered to go on a drive to have me point out what I was hearing.
Great shop, I will likely make this my go-to shop in the future.

Fabulous service for a fair price. I knew it was going to be pricey to replace four piston brakes on a dodge challenger, but Nealy Auto had a very competitive price, with no appointment required. I have used them for my daily driver, they now get my approval for my muscle car. 5/5 starts.

Well, the customer service is good but it seems like every time I come for a change the price goes up about $20 on an oil change just wanna make sure that there’s a consistent price of it but other than that customer service is great
