People I talked to on the phone were very polite and helpful.
After the guys left from replacing my picture window, there was broken glass on my driveway left from, what they said, came from out of their truck but my daughter said she heard glass breaking as they took the broken piece to their truck.
I called (after hours emergency number) to tell them they needed to come back and clean up the glass.
The worker came back and cleaned up some but I had to use my blower to make sure it was all cleaned up. I didn't want my dog stepping on broken glass!!
Then I noticed the glass wasn't clean in spots.
I cleaned it from the inside but it was smudges on the outside (where I can't reach!)
The seal isn't smooth.
Messy job.
Not happy!

I relocated from NC to MD and the movers broke my custom made headboard with glass. I was devastated so did some research and Economy Glass did an amazing job with my repair. Thank you SO much! Before and after photos attached.

Needed to get a cracked window on the front of my house replaced. Economy Glass sent out a guy to measure and then we scheduled an appointment for two weeks out (first available). On the morning of the appointment, they called to say that their technicians had decided that they couldn't do the replacement because it was too difficult!! Don't know if that was the real reason, but giving me notice at the last minute really put me in a bind. The lady who called was very apologetic, but that doesn't excuse behavior which I regard as highly unprofessional.

I had custom mirrors cut for end tables. The cut was precise and fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them!

My go-to place for glass projects. They are able to cut and install glass shelves, and do custom orders for furniture. They are very clear about their (very reasonable) prices.

Hubby broke the glass in his shadow box. They replaced the glass at a reasonable rate and reattached the cording around the glass. Hubby's shadow box is unusual. Economy Glass did an amazing job. Thank you!

I have had several projects (a window, a mirror, and a steam bath enclosure) done by Economy Glass. The steam bath enclosure was particularly challenging because of the custom design and tight requirements.They did all these project with excellence and professionalism. Highly recommend their services.

Disappointing! Had glass replaced in 5 2nd story windows, tops and bottoms and double-paned. The first time they came to install, not a single piece of glass fit. After some fingerpointing (it was their techs who came out and measured!), they re-measured and came back out to install. It the process of installing the highest window while outside on a portion of my roof, the tech tells me he recommends that I clean the glass after he leaves. I asked whether I could pay him to clean it while he is out there. He said he doesn't do that and it isn't his problem. After he installed it, the window was covered in handprints. Seriously? Then, in my guest room a few months later when winter set in, the interior panel of glass on the upper portion of the window started cracking. It is now completely cracked across. The thing is, I haven't had guests since the windows were installed and that room is usually closed off in the house. Called Economy Glass and of course the warranty was expired and she estimated it would cost me about $400 for them to measure and install, as it was too small a job for them. So now I have a cracked window and no way of getting it fixed! Thanks for caring and the great workmanship (NOT!), Economy Glass. It's a small town and I tell all my neighbors that story when they ask about window replacements/repairs.

I had a chip/crack in my windshield and Economy Glass was able to fit me in not even a week later , they filled it for a good price and I’m extremely happy with the results! Thanks Steve (& others) for working on my vehicle and making sure it was done right! The two ladies in the front are a pleasure to work with also and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for any of my glass needs

I have been using Economy Glass for many years to make up new glass for the early cars I restore. They have always done a superb job on the replacement windows. Some of the early cars had windows of unusual shapes. Cutting laminated glass to those shapes is tricky. They have always cut it right. Recently I had the kids throw a toy through the basement window of a house I was getting ready to rent out. I needed it fixed as soon as I could get it. They were in the middle of a big job but still managed to get my window fixed in just a few days. I figured that was doing very well. Big jobs take up all their staff. The repair was done with their usual expertise. I highly recommend these folks - they do it right.
