On Wednesday 10/30 on pump 19 I put in $40 gas in my car and it took $38.12 for my car to fill up so when I went inside for my change the cashier told me I will get it back in my account on Friday I made another call I was told the same crap I need my change..

Stop here today for the world famous chicken, well I don't know what world they were talking about, I ordered 2 pieces of chicken with fries it was just under $11.00 the chicken was so greasy that my stomache hurt after eating 1 piece, the fries were not bad but some were to thick and were a bit hard, I know a lot of people like there chicken but me personally for $2.00 less I should have gone to Safeway and got the 8 piece for like $7.99 on Mondays. To anyone reading this please if this is what you like I am in no way saying don't eat here but these are my opinions and how I feel.

The morning staff are very racist, I came in to buy a parfait and one of the staff was standing behind me as if I was stealing accusing me of having alot of stuff so I didn’t want the parfait nomore I put it back just brought some mambas and left a complete turn off I dont even wanna come back to that store nomore anymore how do I have a lot of things

One of the nicer gas stations in the area. See if you can spot the giant chicken! They also have a nice car wash, vacuum, and you can even fill your tires with the right amount of air. The fuel pumps are well lit, the machines work, and there is generally a positive experience when refueling or going inside the building.

I run a auto repair shop in pikesville , every Friday we buy lunch for the staff, today we decided to get chicken from royal farms in Owings mills. I sent one of our employees to pick up (2) 8 piece family meals, he came back with a receipt showing he paid for for (2) 8 piece family meals, but in the bag only (1) 8 piece family meal, so I sent him back to get the other half of our order only to be refused. He showed them the receipt and explained, but still they denied n refused to give him the second half of the order we paid for.. In hindsight he should have checked the bag before he left, but he did ask if it was all there and they said "oh yes, everything is in there."

I ordered three wings and fries. The fries were fine a little soft but the wings were absolutely ridiculously horrible. They were dry. They were dark. They taste horrible. It’s ridiculous. She spend this kind of money to have somebody serve you something they wouldn’t serve them self. I don’t know what the policy is throwing out food at Royal Farms, but their policy needs to be updated and modified immediately. This is such a common experience at this Stores and Royal Farms minimally try to address the situation for the fact that I have to pay all that money for that You’d expect that they would be a quality standard to get it right this is absolutely ridiculous
