This past Saturday was my first experience at the place as I was coming to support my niece at a “fashion show” that was being held for the children. Although extremely unorganized, disheveled, and seemingly thrown together like an afterthought I enjoyed the event because I saw how happy the children were. Until the final act when they decided to keep my niece from joining the festivities. I wasn’t sure the reason why but I hoped it was legitimate. Once everything was done and I was finally able to greet and congratulate my niece she was visibly upset that she was literally held back from joining the other kids. While her mom (my sister) went to find out why as to my surprise this wasn’t mentioned to her. I was trying to calm my niece down when this man just walks up to me with the most nonchalant, passive aggressive attitude with shrugged shoulders tells me “she didn’t want to do it. She didn’t want to dance.” I replied she’s clearly upset so it’s quite possible she may have changed her mind, which she has the right to do. In a low but still loud enough to be heard says “ I DONT CARE” this disrespectful tone continued and increased. I ignored the first caddy remark but he wouldn’t stop. And his remarks just became more aggressive and disrespectful. My family and I were pissed. Later found out this “man” for lack of better words owns the place, a gift from his dad. He never bothered to introduce himself before disrespecting me or my family. The other families clearly couldn’t relate because their child didn’t get left out of anything and they weren’t being talked to like third class citizens. He screamed through the entire building not to bring my niece back on Monday. Sir, why would we bring her back when you’ve treated her (a 5yr old kid) this way? What wickedness are you doing to her while she’s alone in your care?! The overall experience was sickening and highly disturbing. I’m so sorry this happened to her. As bootleg and unorganized the whole thing was it wouldn’t have hurt them to let her participate with her peers as it literally was just kids jumping around to music. And the total unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my nieces feelings was gut wrenching. My sister works very hard. Unlike this joke who was given a business and has no real concept on serving his community or the work it takes to build a business from the ground up. My sister, that pays her bill on time every time with no assistance from the state of Maryland works and will soon be done with College. She’s one of the hardest working, most humble people I know. She has every right to speak up when something isn’t right. And something isn’t right here. And as comfortable as he was displaying his puffed up “I own the place” attitude I’m certain he’ll show his ugly face again. I can bet on it.

My son started here when he was 3 years old! The MSL staff has made my first experience with a daycare phenomenal! They became like family! My son was greatly take care, and taught so much during his time! I truly appreciate and support their work! He will be attending their summer camp! If your looking for a daycare please inquire with MSL International!!

Awesome learning center! I have several family members that also have sent their children here. Staff is attentive and caring. My son has developed well needed social and verbal skills that he didn’t have prior to coming. Thank you for all you do MSL team!

My 2 yr old son has been attending this daycare since September of 2022 and I am truly pleased with the daycare. The teachers are very attentive and keep me informed with his progress every week. Just like the MSL center in the Germantown location, this center is amazing. I have never met so many kind and professional people in my life. It is important as parents to send our children to a center that is safe and overall beneficial for our children. I can say whole heartedly that this center is just that. I have taken my children, the eldest being a rising junior in college, to MSL centers for as long as I can remember and have never had a bad experience. My children have continuously been placed in advanced classes all their lives because this center is not a place that babysits your child, they TEACH your children with an amazing curriculum. The center overall is very clean and the environment is unmatched. Please do not hesitate to bring your children here!!!

My daughter has been going to MSL INTERNATIONAL for years not just 1 location but she’s been to the one in Germantown MD as well. I wanna say this place is amazing the owners, the staff are incredible. My daughter comes home everyday with good news and can’t wait to go to daycare the next day.

DO NOT send your children here. My daughters have told me on numerous occasions about the slithery games of deception they play with the parents, smiling in their faces when they’re there and abusing the children physically when they are gone. They make the little children hold a heavy box, standing up when they are in trouble, yank them by the arms, flip them over in their cots, make the kids take naps over and over again, stay on their phones uninterested in doing their jobs, and the list goes on and on. This is a wicked place with an beautified outward appearance, but sickening when u peel back the layers of deception. I hope the authorities crack down on This filthy establishment and its owners.

My kids have been going to this daycare for years. Everyone is so pleasant. Any concerns you have they address them right away. All the staff are helpful and great with the kids. Hours of operation work with my schedule. My kids are dropped off and picked up to/from school. When they come home they are happy. I would recommend this daycare to any parent.

I highly recommend this daycare , they work really well with kids and they are very professional and accommodating! My children started when they were babies/toddlers and continued all the way through and now still attend for their before and after care - they can’t stay away lol MSL is amazing !! My girls and I come from a Military lifestyle background. With that being said, they have been to numerous child care facilities in their short lives already. There has been “decent” and “subpar” facilities that we’ve sent them to but none like MSL. The educators there maintain a structured environment in the school, as we do at home. It has made all the difference and I cannot tell you what a drastic impact it has had on their overall manners and behavior. The girls are happy to go to MSL everyday, they rarely hug me goodbye. MSL adheres to COVID-19 policies and they’ve managed to remain open without a closure, through the pandemic because of it. That kind of reliability so that I can work my routine schedule is priceless! Check them out if you’re seeking dependable, worry-free childcare with a staff you can trust!

I highly recommend Msl international. My son has improved tremendously since here started at Msl, academically and socially. His teacher Ms Kya is best, the entire staff and owners are very professional and respectful. In this pandemic it is amazing see the steps Msl has takes taken to keep the children and staff safe. If you want peace of mind when you are away from your little ones choose MSL International.

My daughter has been going here for over a month but has been to 2 of their other locations. There’s a consistency they have at the centers that makes us feel at home. Very friendly staff. They keep us updated at all times of changes and events and my daughter jumped right in on day 1 made friends and talked to the teachers as if she’d know them for years.I’m so thankful that when i moved, there was another center close to us! We love MSL and i really recommend it for kids that are social and need activities and interactions. They have good structure at the center in terms of breaks, fun, thinking projects, etc.
