Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!

100% CANNOT RECOMMEND! After staying at this hotel nearly weekly for 10 months, I arrived to find the luggage I had stored over the weekend between stays had been stolen. Despite being told I would be reimbursed, I continue to await full reimbursement 8 months later. The manager never reached out to discuss the issue until after I completed the Marriott survey following check out. Due to the poor leadership of the hotel and the inability to trust the employees, I have to recommend travelers stay at one of the other properties in the area and avoid the headaches associated with stays at this hotel.

Very contemporary hotel with a youthful, urbane vibe. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Parking is free and in a covered garage. The hotel is quite close to a Baltimore Metro stop, making the urban experience easily within reach. Recommended.

I booked this hotel room for the weekend (February 24-26th) , on their website it says that you have to be 18 to check in. When I went to go check in I was turned away because I was not 21 and over. I was told a MONTH ago that I would receive a full refund since it was falsely advertised. I have called their offices multiple times within that time frame, to be told that the refund would be sent within 3-5 business days. I still have yet to receive my refund. I have also been told that I will be sent an email and no one has yet to get back to me. HUGE inconvenience and I am still fighting to get my refund. Don’t book this hotel, these people do not stick to their word.

This is a lovely new hotel with a few flaws. The alarm clock in our room went off in the middle of the night (housekeeping didn’t check to make sure it was turned off before we checked in.) This also happened to another family member in our party. The room was somewhat dusty. In the morning, the restaurant was understaffed and they said it would be a long wait for breakfast, even though only one table was occupied. With more and better-trained staff, I would have given this hotel a much higher rating.

My husband and I booked this hotel specifically to try out the M Lounge, which is an upcharge from the standard room. Upon arrival we see a sign at the check- in desk stating that the M Lounge will be closed for the next few weeks. I thought this was my mistake so I go online to see if I can book a room with the M Lounge for the same night and I can, so the hotel is intentionally misleading customers. We asked about the M Lounge and the perks like drinks, snacks, and breakfast and are told that they aren't available. We aren't even offered any compensation even though we purchased the upgrade. We return to our room and press the room service button on the phone and get directed to the bar. I ask about ordering food and am told that room service isn't offered at the hotel. So why have that option on the phone?? I check the website again and it states room service available. Now annoyed, I go back down to the font desk, but no one is to be found. A kind woman from housekeeping offered to take my room number and have someone call me when they return. I receive a return call and again am told that none of this amenities are available. After specifically asking, I am offered a voucher for breakfast. I ask about things like snacks and water and am told management is only concerned about breakfast. I ask specifically about water and the woman agrees to provide water but can't send it up, we have to come down for both the water and voucher. The next day I order French toast for breakfast. Three of the four slices were still raw on the inside. At this point I'm too disappointed to be there. I again speak with someone about the lack of amenities that were purchased with the upgraded room and this time am basically told all of that is above his pay grade and he also offers no solutions. Overall the property is beautiful and clean, but the service was horrible. I stay in Marriott's all of the time and expect better. I've reached out to the hotel multiple times and still haven't been contacted.

This is an upscale Marriott with a modern atmosphere. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my request. The floors are secured by your room key access only to the elevators. The only real con was the parking. The parking was free, and that is a plus. The real thing is that the garage is not connected to the building, and across the street. The walk is short, but in the rain it is not fun. Overall it was very nice, and I would recommend this hotel.

The room was VERY clean. I usually take my pillow with me but we flew in so that was a no go; I was very comfortable with the pillows and the bed as well ( I thought about checking the bed tag to see what it was so I could get a new bed at home!) Towels were restocked without asking for them and it was really nice to have a Ph water dispenser in the gym, conveniently located on our floor : ) The lobby is beautiful, huge and the furniture was comfy, like sitting on my couch at home. This location was convenient to BWI and there were good restaurants within walking distance.

Just spent the weekend there over Thanksgiving. New hotel, everything upscale, clean, beds comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant. Only downfall is you have to park in parking garage across street and it is not connected but we never had a problem finding a parking space.

Last night was my 5th or 6th stay at this hotel. It is newer, the rooms are clean and nice and the check-in employee was very nice. However I expect that at a hotel of Marriott's caliber. The problems began with the 3rd floor room to which I was assigned. As a 19 year Marriott Titanium member I can't imagine being assigned to a room which overlooks the roof top, literally right outside of my window (316). There was nothing on the 4th, 5th or 6th floors? Nothing? I promise you there was because both parking garages were fairly empty. Additionally it took about 10 minutes for the shower water to heat up. Consequently when it did, it didn't drain. It literally filled up the walk-in shower as I proceeded to stand in my own soapy water. The sink water was similarly cold which made for an awful shaving experience. Finally after leaving the club/breakfast room I walked by the front desk and asked where the bathroom was. The man looks up from whatever he was doing, barely acknowledges me and points to his right. Nothing said just points and continues reading. I almost took a picture to send to the management but after reading their "canned responses" to other comments...why bother? BTW...Management don't bother responding unless you're actually going to tell us how you plan to make things better. An apology is just a bunch of words when not followed up with actions.
