My son has been at Magic Moments since October of 2019 and my daughter just started this month. My son absolutely loves it there. Developmentally wise I receive so many compliments on how smart he is. He comes home learning something new everyday. Mr. Brown and Ms. Rene, along with every other staff member I’ve encountered, are always so welcoming, kind, accommodating, etc. I’ve had no issues and recommend them to everyone I know. They communicate effectively and truly care about the children.

It's a horrible place. Horrible. Budget for food for 75 kids is the same as for a family. No toys, filthy, lazy ,horrible teachers. A complete nightmare

I wish I could rate zero stars. The center is completely out of date and filthy. (I’m speaking as a former employee so this is first hand experience). Nats and flys everywhere, all over the center, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, even on the food served sometimes. Old food and disgusting mold all over the fridge. The director Jonothan Brown is never there. He has no care for the children at that center. Do yourself a favor and RUN far away from this daycare. Your will regret bringing your child here.

I would give zero stars, the owner Jonathan Brown is very rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. He never knows what's going on in the daycare , when your child is first enrolled he is very nice and flexible when it comes to receiving money/ vouchers . They have kids attending the daycare that have contagious ailments leaving your kids the chance to catch what that other kid have. Teachers walking out on the kids, two classrooms combined together to one teacher which is against the protocols and regulations.

does not give two week notices will put your child out without notice or conference about issues going on in the daycare, which violates ccs if your child is enrolled in that program. The owner is hardly there is not in touch with the kids has one teacher to two classes which is against the board of education would strongly not recommend

Magic Moments is a safe and fun learning environment for young children. They work with the students and parents to ensure that your child is receiving the best care and learning experience for their age group. I really appreciate that the teachers at magic moments work with each child and provide feedback daily. Mr. Jonathan the center’s Director is great at communicating with parents and in my experience has always been willing to make adjustments and accommodations where needed. Magic Moments provided an awesome foundation for my child’s future learning!

I just moved to the area across country and called to schedule a tour. Whomever answered was so rude and had a negative attitude. I asked to schedule a tour and she said "Well I'm in a class right now so I have to call you back" I'm thinking, then why did you answer the phone in the first place, where is the staff to handle calls? So I said "ok" she took my information. They never did call back. I've already completed my child care option tours. But even if they did, I already cross them off my list for negative vibes over the phone. If they can't handle a simple phone call or schedule a tour how could they possibly handle caring for my child. First impressions are at first ring and they lost the opportunity to get my dollars. Thanks for your honesty upfront so I won't waste my time.

My wife and I highly recommend the Owings Mills facility. The staff and curriculum at Magic Moments is great. Our son really enjoyed his time there and were sad to leave when we moved away from the area.

Terrible!! The never answer the phone. And when they do, they still to busy to answer any questions you have. When they say they will call you back they never do.

DO NOT WORK HERE. Consider yourself warned. The owner is arrogant and unprofessional and they will mess with your timesheets and try to take away time you worked and have been doing it for a long time and getting away with it.
Parents
There are some really good teachers here who wants to see the success of the children. Do spend some time in the classrooms with your children and observe observe observe everything that’s going on before enrolling. The director is disorganized and ignorant about what she’s doing. She has a gift of gab so pay real close attention to everything she’s saying to you and separate the nonsense from what makes sense. Be comfortable before enrolling.

rude staff, called to have information for my child and was hanged up on several times. I will never recommend that place, they can be sure I will contact the owner of that company.

I used to come here when I was really young and I have nothing but good memories of it. The staff are very friendly.
