Amazing team that includes Frank and Tanya- who have graciously assisted me in providing the best specialty car purchase in my life. Fair and honest, no games, first-come first serve, no playing favorites. I received the best value purchase possible from any Porsche dealership - anywhere. In addition to the ease of purchase, I received an amazing experience as a first time client; was afforded the same care and treatment as if I was a long term customer.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I reached out to the General Sales Manager, Chris Rolfe to assist me with an out of state purchase. Chris informed me that they would facilitate the transaction for a $500 profit, plus their dealer doc fee of $799. I agreed to this as this seemed fair for the trouble of completing all of the necessary paperwork and the extra layer of security on this transaction rather than dealing with the private seller directly. Well, it looks the agreement that he made with me was no good. Chris now has the vehicle listed on their website for public sale and has not been in contact with me for several days. In fact now he is at "The Porsche Conference" and nobody in this store is willing to help me or even make an attempt to contact Chris about this. It looks like Chris Rolfe and Porsche Owings Mills are more concerned about turning a profit than taking care of the customer. I urge anyone reading this NOT to do business here as they clearly do not believe in doing business in good faith.

I was amazed by the courtesy and helpful nature of everyone at the dealership. I had come back to the dealership after about 11 years, the General Manager Chris & sales manager Frank both sat down to talk to me and also answer all my questions.
Chris helped pick out the right Tycan for me. Even after sales when I dropped by to ask couple of questions, they were again super helpful. This is the only dealership to come to.

Peter in the Service Department was awesome. I was visiting Ocean City, Maryland from Florida and had an issue with my Air Conditioner and had only 1 day to fix it. He was able to get my car in for service and the maintenance team took care of the issue in short order once I arrived and I was back on the road. I appreciate the awesome service I received from this team.

A happy lady here. My first Porsche after having a Lexus for 7 years I was ready for a change and the Porsche Cayenne was the one for me. The sales staff was amazing and the services was a 10! I may have to get the 911 next for the weekends. The sound when you start it and the drive is like no other.
