Very nice accommodations. Only issue I had was the wrong bill. It was fixed by the time I got back to NC.

I had family in from Florida staying there. I called the hotel to speak to them to make sure they arrived safely. The person that answered the phone told me that unless I had their room number they wouldn't connect to me! I explained to him that I did not know the room number because they're just getting there. I gave him their names and he refused to connect me.

Great rooms for a reasonable price. The young man working the desk was very personable and professional. I'll definitely be back.

There was a wash cloth shortage. The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were useless, too soft, you have no support for your neck. Whoever chose them should be fired. They no longer have the coffee setup after 9 a.m., but they leave sugar and cream out all day ?. This was my first and last time at this location.

All of the staff were wonderfull and kind. The only problem l had was that l was homeless and very ill. My hotel bill was nearly $ 7,000.00. My monthly SSDI is only $1, 050. I barely had enough to pay $1,400 for a room for rent. I wish Hilton would have a special program for people in my dier situation . It would be wonderfull for Hilton to give special discounts or even a partial refund for emergency long term stay for people like me who are disabled and homeles s. Thankyou Linda RosenburghSafety: I closure.Walkability: Near restaurants and shopping.

Friendly & fast check in. An entire renovation is much needed. Requested a later check out, hospitality knocked & opened the door at 9am, and again at 10am. Convenient location.

We stayed here last night, after an absence of a little more than two years. The guy working at the desk yesterday evening and the guy working there this morning were both really friendly, the room was as spotless as always, and the woman from Housekeeping was very sweet-natured. The (buffet) breakfast was pretty good, too.

A/C took forever to cool the room down, food is worse than gas station food, fridge barely cools, drains clogged, inconsistent water temperature, nothing ever gets propely fixed so don't bother asking, switching to a new room will only introduce you that rooms problems, mattresss are

I'd avoid this location on every level. It started by experiencing an obvious homeless person sleeping in the lounge area, a nice welcoming experience. We requested room service / housekeeping during our stay, which they failed to perform, and an employee became angry at us about their situation (something about a shortage of staff and we should deal with it). Then the microwave wasn't working, so the experience kept degrading. Because we had accumulated trash and towels in the room with a busy schedule, when they came to fix the microwave, they had to move the furniture and this knocked the trash pile over that was neatly stacked. I cleaned up the trash and thought nothing of it until they attempted to bill us additional for excess cleaning for trash that they failed to pick up as part of housekeeping services. One employee was so irate that she was screaming in the lobby and had to be physically restrained by her manager on duty, it was sad funny. Either way, I will be officially giving up on this location and will gladly pay to stay in the Inner Harbor area.Safety: Some of the employees are aggressive and the hotel allows homeless persons to utilize the lounge areas.

I am typically a Hampton Inn fan. Usually my go to hotel. This past stay at the Owings Mills, MD location was horrible. The hotel was dark and depressing. The carpet in our room was worn. The heat/ac unit kicked on every 10 minutes and sounded like someone shaking a coffee can full of rocks. The bed was hard and was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. This past stay is really making me second guess having Hampton Inn as my go to hotel. Owings Mills location really needs some work.

Strangers are aloud to scream at minor children whom are using the pool (5ft is deepest). No manager is on duty so when an adult is allowed to approach my child with disabilities screaming and feeling unsafe we are told it will be ok. Staff does not check on the pool nor has there been any issues until nosey Karen comes in about rules and being 18. It is one thing to address adults, parents or use staff is last case but to go and kick children out of the pool address them as u know them is not acceptable. Staff deciding to do rounds after two days of not after Karen goes to prove it's ridiculous. My minor children swimming at the age of 11, 13 and one 14 I honestly overlooked the rules and didn't read them as I truly am one person with three children. My oldest is with high grade fever up in our room where I felt would be appropriate. I feel comfortable seeing as my children have had swimming lessons. I was made aware of the rules and have no issues following as this was an honest mistake. The level of concern is when other customers are allowed to harass, bully, discriminate and yell at children that have nothing to do with her and when staff does nothing to protect us. No manager is here to speak with ourselves I truly feel this hotel advertising as a family oriented place is false advertising. My daughters bday was today and her memory of this won't be positive. The Karen should be embarrassed on how she acted not just Infront of my children but her own. Staff should be ashamed on how they handled this matter and I will never be in a hampton in here in MD again. When u ask to speak to someone it would be professional to provide that and not to be dismissed. I travel a lot and I can tell you pick any hotel other than here. When you ask for a refund your disregarded, when you feel unsafe they dismiss. Unexceptionable by far!Safety: It is unsafe to bring your children here for multiple reasons. I would go to the Hilton inn or comfort inn next door before ever coming here especially if your a single parent.

Update, the front desk manager called me and apologized, and the follow-up was greatly appreciated. There was no hot water during my stay, resulting in a cold shower in the morning. When I spoke to the less than professional looking desk clerk at checkout, her reply was merely, "Yeah, they are fixing it today." No,"Im sorry" or anything. I bet her shower today was hot, so I guess customers dont really matter; after all, they already had my payment at check-in. So much for Hilton hospitality and the whole "We will make it right" statement. Try the HGI next door and see if they are more customer oriented.

I had stay there before COVID, when I was in the process of relocating and then I came back 3 years later getting work done on my house.A lot of new staff, but they are excellent from the management to the front desk to housekeeping, and breakfast attendants, very professional, polite, friendly and attentive. Wonderful stay, clean room. GREAT STAY ALWAYS.Rooms: Rooms are out standing, no problem
