Great studio. Most instructors are quite knowledgable and will support modifications, accommodations for injuries, etc. Hybrid format is fantastic.

Decent experience back in 2018, small room in cute studio, however I didn’t feel very welcome and the instructor kept telling me what I was going wrong, my neighbor made me go with her!!

When I was in college, I took one of my first yoga classes ever with Sarah Fishman at the Happy Yogi. I was hooked. This studio had been my home for many years, until I became an instructor myself. They then welcomed me back as a teacher, which was an incredible honor- to teach at the very same studio where I began to fall in love with the practice of yoga. I highly recommend this studio. While I no longer teach here due to distance, I love all the other instructors and the classes they offer! The entire staff is cognizant of and involved in social justice, diversity, and inclusivity and are passionate about connecting with each student to create a welcoming environment. Love this place!

I joined the Happy Yogi around a year ago, and I love the classes and the teachers. They are very welcoming, and they have a nice variety of classes - hatha, vinyasa, yin, and much more. And they often have class series and special events of many varieties. And then the covid crisis came....and they have adapted extremely well, offering classes on Zoom, which - surprisingly to me at first - have been fantastic! I even have a 20 and 30 something who are staying with me temporarily to wait out the crisis, and they have joined the studio with recurring monthly memberships, completely online, as they also love the classes too! Well done!!!

This studio has an amazing group of instructors. Recently, I went to a session of Kundalini with Lisa, and it was so enjoyable. It was energizing. It was my first experience with this type of practice and it helped me to have more confidence and try something new. The day before, I went to a session of Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi. It was another very special experience. My normal practice is gentle yoga, which is my favorite. It allows for relaxation. This studio is a community.

I moved here from San Diego and was scared to find a yoga studio I enjoyed as much as I did in California. I got pregnant and knew I wanted to take prenatal yoga. I do hair and one of my clients recommended the happy yogi. It is a very cute studio but my instructor, Julia, made the experience AMAZING! There are no words to describe how magical she has been! Of course the yoga itself has been awesome but I truly look forward to the class every week. She starts by asking the mammas to be what we want to work on for the week which is so thoughtful! It also is an amazing class to build a mamma community! Out of class she checks in (with your permission). I have struggled with horrible sciatica and she sends me videos of stuff I can do at home which I'm SO greatful for! We also get an amazing email with so much useful information. Class was 7 weeks but I just signed up for the next session as well because it's been so good for me and babe. Thanks Julia and The Happy Yogi for an amazing experience!

Without a doubt, this is the best place to go for gentle yoga and a welcoming, friendly environment. I've been taking classes for about three years, and my lower back and balance are so much better! The instructors are all knowledgeable and soooo helpful. Your comfort and we'll-being are important to the teachers, and they welcome all levels of fitness. The location is the red barn building tucked behind Olney Antiques Village, but it's worth the hunt. Try it, you'll love it!!

Just started Yoga to supplement my other forms of exercise and it has been brilliant. The new student membership (2 weeks for $25!!) allowed me to take many classes and I loved all of them. The instructors are amazing and knowledgeable, caring and week-versed in their craft. You have to do this...it will change your life.

My very first class at The Happy Yogi studio was Vinyasa I this morning in Fulton. Much emphasis was placed on proper alignment, ensuring everyone was safe within their bodies. It was apparent the teacher had a great deal of experience as well as a very engaging demeanor making me feel very comfortable. I felt very relaxed and knew I was in good hands. Walking into a new class can be scary. This was a beautiful place to start. I truly wish I lived closer!

I just finished my second seven week session of Prenatal Yoga at the Fulton studio and I absolutely loved it! Alex was an amazing instructor. In addition to helping us focus on our breathing, we also practiced some poses to hep prep for labor- which I know I'll be thankful for when the time comes. The classes also really helped me relax and connect with my baby. Thank you so much for offering this class! I will definitely recommend it to future mamas.

Love this community. I practice at the Olney loft. Great teachers. Comfortable and welcoming studio with a lot of structural character.

I love this studio. It's smaller than others I've been to, but I had just as much if not more room to practice. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful and peaceful. The teacher, Sarah, was great.
