had kept gift cards associated with my Panera Bread account. I don't go there that frequently, but between my children and I, we had accumulated almost $200 on various cards. I went to Panera in Walpole, Massachusetts on 10/29 and when I looked at the activity on my account, I noticed that I had no gift card money and there were three orders totaling $192 going to the same address in Olney, MD. I contacted customer service, who offered me "possibly $75" based on it getting approved by a supervisor and that they would get back to me within a 3 - 5 business days. A week passed and I got no contact whatsoever. I called again, and I was told it was to be going to have to be forwarded to the district office and they would get back to me. Finally Jason Smith from the district office (Lemek LLC DBA/Panera Bread) did get back to me a month later and needed a copy of the gift cards as well copies of the orders, which I provided to him. After another month, he finally got back to me and told me that I was out of luck because of all the time that had passed, but did copy another person (Evan) on the email so I could get the $6 remaining that is now on a frozen gift card. He said that if I called customer service that they "may give you the original $75 that they offered you". I have tried calling Evan, with no response. No one at customer service cares. I just wish that someone cared enough to help me get my money on my gift cards back.

Joy was extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service! We ordered delivery and our bread was missing… She spent over 15 minutes on the phone with DoorDash to resolve the issue.This Panera location is top notch. Thank you Joy

Need to look at portions shown on menu and actual portion size. Very big difference. Just another overpriced fast food place.

I want to say that Brian made my day today. I had ordered my food through the app as I usually do and was so sure that it was at the Olney Towne Ctr. I had taken one hour out for my lunch, so I was in a hurry. By the time I ran my errands, an email came in that my food was ready for pickup. I made a mad dash in but could not find my lunch at the Pick up stand. I went to ask someone for my food and immediately Brian, who was at the Cash Register asked for my name. I gave it to him and he went to the kitchen area. I could tell by the way he was pacing up and down that something was wrong. He came back to me and said they did not have my order. I was puzzled. I told him I could get my phone because an email told me that my food was ready. Brian met me outside as I went to my van to get my phone. I showed him the email. He looked at it. My order had been placed at the last Panera location that I had ordered food from--In Gaithersburg! I did not have too much time left before I would have to see my next client (work). Brian said, "Don't worry. I'll get it for you!" He made sure that he fixed it and had it ready for me in minutes. I couldn't imagine going all the way to Gaithersburg to get this food and then getting back to work on time. He saved the day. I have never had any problems at this location and having Brian working there makes it all the more worth it to keep going there. He later told me that he called the Gaithersburg location and took care of it. 5 stars all the way!

Good thing I’m not vegetarian. What I ordered was caprese sandwich to go. What I received was bbq chicken. Ridiculous.

If I could do zero stars I would! This Panera's employees are one of the best around. I have had no problems with this panera until a woman name Christie came in and ruined all of my experiences. I see the poor employees working their tooshies off in the kitchen. There's long lines. And I'm witnessing this so called manager Christie out in the dinning room sitting with customers/ friends. Whoever they are. It is sickening and upsetting. I feel bad for all of those workers that have to deal with her. She needs to be fired or retrained because this is ridiculous. Lazy management. I can't even imagine how the rest of the managers are operating. This panera is going under.

Asian Sesame salad is my go-to order at all Paneras. It is delicious. But I went to this Panera on Monday and the salad was awful, tasteless-- just lettuce, a little of what looked like sliced deli chicken, little dressing. Nothing like the delicious salad I'm used to getting. I complained to someone behind the counter who was not very concerned about my complaint, didn't offer to exchange salad for something else, just gave me a small plastic container of dressing to add to it. I'll never go to this Panera again.

This franchise is known for their bakery and sandwiches. Their Mac&Cheese is amazing...there's definitely a lot of cream and butter in it but it's addicting. They offer a lot of light/healthy options. I often get their 1/2 soup or salad with 1/2 sandwich for about $10. I used to order their bagels religiously but after working at a New York based bagel company, I could never go back to just Panera bagels.

Panera is always on point. Plenty to eat and it is all delicious. The veranda here is a nice place to eat.

Huuuge 5 star ratings. Fast and friendly service. Ordered for a party. Everything was so fresh. Best bagels and scones ever had. I like their pick up stations their easy to navigate.

FYI to all. This location knocks you off of the wifi. Other locations don't. And this is my second time there and second time it's happened.
