Dr. Pathak is a great doctor for anyone who is looking PCP around Montgomery area. He is very professional kind will give you time to listen his patients very friendly. In general the office has good team members I don’t have any problems getting any kind of paperwork or scheduling from his office on time. Thumps up Dr Pathak!

Health Care is at the bottom of the pit when you can’t trust a MedStar physician to properly treat you. Visit on Monday led to more errrors and the Dr wasn’t a bit concerned . Now this is wasted health care funds when I had no other alternative but the Hospital!

I had a productive session with Dr. Ritchie. We discussed my present situation with Wegeners Autoimmune disease. She was updated on my tests with the cardiologist as well.I came in this morning for all of my bloodwork and urinalysis.I am looking forward to viewing my bloodwork tomorrow. I also appreciate being able to combine my bloodwork from all my doctors here at Med Star!

This was my first visit to this practice. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Bruney was terrific. She took the time to get to know me and discuss my history. I felt very comfortable during the visit and reassured that this is the right place for me after going to another practice for over 30 years.

The doctors are good; however, the practice has caused me to have to re-schedule an appointment twice because I had to wait over an hour for a telehealth appointment. The first time the doctors were behind because of an issue with their system. The second appointment there was no system issue. The representative who answered my call when I inquired of a timeframe when I would receive the link for the appointment, offered no estimated time (even though it was already an hour wait) nor did she apologize or attempt to find out how long I would have to continue to wait. My time is just as valuable so I canceled the appointment to ensure I made good use of my time.

Dr Ritchie is an amazing, caring doctor who really listens and is compassionate to her patients. Trying to get an appointment is very difficult though and office staff are not helpful.

This was my first time seeing Dr Bruney and I was throughly impressed with her. She asked ALL the right questions, some of great importance- that had NEVER been asked by previous doctors - all while making me feel very comfortable and well taken care of! Thank you Dr. Bruney!!!
