She worked with me and nailed it with a very painless butterfly needle in my hand of all places I normally hate. She was very polite and professional, the office was clean! This will be my location of choice as long as she is here.”
“Good and quick service, no problems with bloodwork. Not very busy on Saturday morning so I imagine walk ins don't have to wait too long.I called the facility when it opened to see if the bloodwork request was present virtually by my doctor since I misplaced the hard copy my doctor gave me. I never got a callback and there was no option to wait on hold to ensure I got a person.When I arrived for my appointment the lady at reception was very helpful when I arrived and confirmed my paperwork was submitted virtually by my doctor so all's well that ends well but I'd like the ability to wait on hold so I know the system's working for 5 stars.”

“Took my mom for an appointment here and I couldn’t have been more impressed by the entire practice. Dr. Rottmann was so kind and took her time to explain everything to us. She was very thorough. The front desk staff was incredible, efficient, and even came running after us to give us a corrected paper which was above and beyond.
