I even found pre-owned watches being offered by other vendors at prices higher than what Furman was asking for the identical new watch. Also, the customer service is top notch. “We always have a great time at the gem and jewelry show. Here in Rosemont. There is a wide variety of gemstones furs bracelets and necklaces and anything else that you may want. He won't be disappointed when you come to the show however My favorite show is the jewelry, fashion, and accessory shelf that has even more variety. Some of these things were a little bit overpriced at the gem show but to each their own. You won't wanna miss this show!”

Elizabeth worked with us on finding exactly what we wanted, even making suggestions along the way for things we hadn't even considered. Although she had an appointment scheduled with another customer, she did a great job helping all of us, and I didn't feel rushed or ignored. She even cleaned my engagement ring while we were there! 10/10 recommend Elizabeth for all your jewelry needs! Overall, absolutely amazing service!”

The service is great, Vin is very friendly and will listen to me when I explain what I am looking for and show me--or even create--exactly what I want without showing me anything I am not interested in seeing. On a couple occasions, I have asked Vin to create custom pieces using/accenting family heirlooms, and everything has been spectacular. My wife and I love everything that I have ever purchased from Kripps Jewelers and I have not shopped at another Jewelry store in the last decade.
