Going on day 5 without my prescription being filled, no follow up or contact from them at all. They obviously do NOT care about their customers

I agree ,there are some extremly rude employees at this pharmacy . In defence there are also some very helpful ,and polite . But even ruder is the women who seems to always be working in the cosmetics dept., at front of store , near bathrooms. She has fairly short , platinum blonde hair.Useally working on Sat. morning. She is also a huge lier. She also made comment to a stock person (female) about women going to bathroom.I could not hear exactly what was said ,but stock girls just said "I dont know " and walked away. I have reported her to the headoffice and two , mangs of the store . On one occasstion she walked right up to phamacy window beside me, and preseeded to speak about me useing floor sample of colone. If it is not to be use , them remove it from display . Do not make an issue of something that is not an issue . Yet I see nothing has been done about her behavior. She goes thou store talking to fellow employees about customers right out loud, and in front of them. In any employeement field , this is grounds for dismissile. I stopped getting precriptions filled at this store because of her actions . I see others refuse to use this store also .Some say customer training is needed in all cvs stores. Its a far cry from the peoples I worked at in the 80,s (Yes CVS use to be named peoples drug store) . Even my doc. made comment about other patients complents of this store.

Pharmacy refused to fill prescription of Ivermectin which my doctor had prescribed to me. They said it will not help with Covid-19 despite tons of supporting data and medical studies which were sent to them from my doctor. I understand a pharmacist has a right to deny filling a prescription but they weren’t even willing to look at supporting evidence.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years. I have found the pharmicists and staff to be very helpful in filling perscriptions and answering questions. This is a very active pharmacy.

They actively ignore phone calls in the pharmacy. I was hold for 30 min before I gave up. Went in and as I was waiting I heard the calls on good with 5 people ignoring them.

I was having countless issues refilling my medications. They were slammed busy but still got me sorted out inna timely fashion and got everything straightened out. I applaud this staff these Healthcare workers are slammed and they deffinitly were putting in the work to meet everyone's needs. 5 stars from me

I bought a product on Saturday and paid for a part of it with Extra Bucks and put the receipt in the register when asked. When came back to exchange for a different shade I was told that they would return the original item and give me a gift card which could be used to purchase the correct shade. When he rung it up it was almost 3 dollars less than what I paid. When asked he and his manager (I think) said that when you return with no receipt you get the sale price BUT the item wasn’t on sale. Then another employee said that it gave the lowest price for the season. I asked where it said that but that went unheard. So when I left I looked up the receipt policy...this is what CVS.com stated: “Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit”. If I was just trying to get a refund for the item then they would give the lowest price on 60 days. But I was asking for an exchange. So I paid $3 extra for a product due to the lack of knowledge and complete lack of customer service. They didn’t even try to make it right. I will be contacting corporate CVS to complain. I know it’s just $3 but what if they do that for a $50 difference. If you don’t know the policies of your company then don’t work there. I will never return to this store.

Visited the CVS today was greeted by the store manager I’m assuming tall Caucasian gentleman.He than asked if I needed help, I replied no at 1st but 2 minutes into shopping I went over to ask for some help and then his attitude flipped. He mentioned in an unpleasant voice that he was doing six things at once and started to mumble very unprofessional, he than started yelling for someone else in a rude manner. His response towards me asking for help was very unprofessional I was taken aback back. Not professional and no customer service here.

Went there for my Flu shot - stood at the Flu shot desk for 20 minutes, there were pharmacy staff "supposedly" working until I asked if I could get a flu shot then only I was attended to. The shot given was right at the top of my arm (never had one done like that before) - don't know if the male nurse knew what he was doing and it has caused me a lot of discomfort which I never experienced before. NEVER AGAIN GOING TO CVS OLNEY FOR A FLU SHOT.

I just went to take my 2 years old baby passport picture and two male employees took there take and were very kind making my baby boy smile because he was really fussy and really having a hard time taking him a picture with this pandemic time. Yet, I’m really thankful for the great service they made and may they be blessed. Thank you.
