This is a great place, they always have my rxs in stock, and any other ones i need randomly.Have you ever been to pharmacy and they say "we can order that for tomorrow or next monday" and you're like "great, i'll be dead by then. thank you for your help"--that's the opposite of this place. Everything always in stockOther than that, it's 24/7, both the normal store and the pharmacy. it's literally everything you can ask for, and they have over a dozen employees in the pharmacy working nonstop. they're dedicated and great at what they do.

Horrible service from Ron. I feel sick and miserable - getting medicine and don't have a CVS card. The difference between card vs no card is $20(!) and at other CVS locations if you don't have a card they usually scan theirs. Ron has this card on his belt but doesn't scan it. Instead he tells me 'it's always been like this' and blah blah I don't even know because I'm sick. He asks me what the sales prices are ("you should know what they are") Dude I'm sick with two small kids - I don't know? Just scan the card and which he eventually does after describing the process and how I'm wrong and what I should be doing multiple times. Ron.....you're the worst.

We have been Olney customers for 32 years. We enjoy the employees on Sunday morning vEry much. They are very helpful. But, the store managers can't get the sale prices up by 1pm Sunday. We either need to come on a different day or skip CVS altogether. The sale prices were previously up early Sunday morning but no more. And this is a 24 hour store! They could put up the sale prices anytime. We might do more of our shopping at Sams in the future. They do not have this problem! Scott

I like that this CVS location is 24 hours, so if one needed something at a given time, they could come here to get it. I mainly visit CVS to use their coupons. Most times I have wanted to purchase items before I saw the coupons available to me. For this location, I like the layout as I can find what I need. If I can't find something, I'll ask an employee and have been helped. They do have a Pharmacy and Minute Clinic in the back of the store. The Pharmacy is 24 hours; the Minute Clinic is not. Pharmacy does have a drive-up window out back. Parking is free within the plaza it is located in, although sometimes the area can get congested. I visit this location based on convenience.

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY--SIMPLY SUCKS!! Terrible customer service. It's not the staff but it's CVS Management that refuses to hire more staff to cover their 24 hour location. Lines are ALWAYS VERY LONG! They NEVER have enough help! And in the late night or early morning hours, the poor pharmacist are expected to do 3 jobs when they are only being paid to do one! Absolutely terrible service.

The best thing about this pharmacy is Ann. She made me happy after I was so angry about the 2 pharmacy lines they have. One for pay and pickup and one for everything else. If you have a problem or issue at pickup like a coupon, guess what...you have been waiting all that time in the wrong line. Enough to make you want to transfer to a different pharmacy. Anyway, Ann was as sweet as could be and went above and beyond saving me 100 bucks. They are so lucky to have her. She should be running the place.

One of the worst run and managed places of all time. They are at least terribly consistent in how awful they are from front to back. They can and should be avoided at all cost. This location has the worst manager in the company if you want to see what poor leadership looks like stop by.

My review is based on retail only, not pharmacy. I like this location. With ample parking the store is easy to access. The store is a little smaller than other CVS locations in the area but I have always found what I am looking for. I've never waiting in line for too long and I always leave with way too many coupons. I'll be definitely be back.

Went to get my meds. Was supposed to get 170 but received 167 instead. I called them to let them know and I was told that next time count them on the counter in front of them. What type of bs is that. Put my meds, they are Oxys by the way. They told me to put them on the counter when I get them and before I leave and count them in from of them, so a crack head could see me counting them and follows me outside a Robs me for my meds. On top of that putting the meds on a dirty counter. How pathetic and desperate and I gonna look counting meds on a dirty counter. I thought you could trust the pharmacist but NO YOU CANT.. Wouldn't be surprise if someone pocket my oxys. Sad world when you can't trust anyone, specially your pharmacist. Let my doctor know and he recommends looking for a better pharmacy and people that know how to count and I can trust. Now I'm out one day of meds because incompetent so called pharmacist. The DEA should be watching them instead.
