Conveniently located for MARC riders. I patronized this Cleaners for over 3 years. Customer service has been horrific at best - extremely disgruntled man. However, quality dry cleaning and alterations. If you don't mind a bad attitude, the service might be worth it for you. As for me, I now patronize another Cleaners.

I really miss Odenton Cleaners, the one that was located next to Ruth's Chris and Baltimore Tea and Coffee. This Station Cleaners has the WORST customer service, and especially the older lady! This place makes up prices as they go. Literally, I had an item cleaned 3 weeks ago. I bring that same item back today, and the price is $3.25 more! They throw the receipt at you. This older lady acts as if she's inconvenienced every time I go in this place. TBH, moving forward, I will be looking for a new location to Dry Clean my clothes. In today's day and age, great customer service is the sustainability of a business, and I will not give my money to a business that treats me so poorly!

If they acknowledge you at all, expect a super rude man who can’t be bothered. He watches something on his phone and eats most of the time, working is a side thing for him. He literally didn’t even acknowledge me after two loud “hellos” and standing in front of his face, rustling my bags. So, after hoping for a few minutes he would look up, I left. Definitely not recommended.

I’d been bringing my laundry here for a couple of years now. I always get it on time and at a reasonable price. While recovering from an illness they will bring the clothes to my car which I find very considerate on their part.

Well-lit, shiny, and clean. The employee was friendly and remembered me from my drop-off. Ad a new cudtomer, I felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated.

I have also been taking my dry cleaning to them for a long time. Their prices are great. However, I have learned never to take anything to them for alterations. Do not do it. Dry cleaning only.Edit - my wife tells me they have done a good job on alterations for her.

I’ve been using this cleaners since I moved to the area in 2007. My clothes are always laundered properly, they use organic solvents and are extremely nice people. Highly recommend them.
