Very dirty! There was trash on the ground & trash of the shelves. The workers were on the ground messing around. This place obviously has no standards for cleanliness or even taking care of the hermit crabs!

Don’t shop here! We purchased a way overpriced boogie board here. It broke after using it for 10 minutes. Keep in mind the no refund policy.

They were having a nice sale... got a few things! Was disappointed by the boogie board we got. The sticker on it $16.99. Under the sticker was $9.99. Printed right on the wrapping!This isn't the first time I have had this issue the Sunsations. So be mindful of what you are paying for things there!The people who work at this one... No one smiled... no one helped.. when I asked for a price on an item missing the tag.. she got a bit snippy... my young man said... I think she needed a hug, she wasn't very happy! Even he noticed at 7yrs old!!

I made a silly mistake and brought a pair of spandex thinking they were my bathing suit bottoms... walked to sensations and got a pair. I couldn't even pick which ones I want because there were so many options. Great customer service. Changing room available. Everything was 50% off so I was happy with the price!

My husband asked if we could purchase the one decal as they didn't have the right size tshirt in stock to apply it to. The gentleman asked the manager and she ended up giving us 2 of the decals at no charge (we asked how much we owed and she said nothing-she gave us 2 "just in case the first one doesnt work out right"). I am extremely appreciative to such a friendly and accommodating staff! Thank you so much!

Nothing in the store rings up what the displayed tag says and when you try to explain that at the cash wrap they just continue repeating the proce that scans. Had multiple shelves of 3 for $20 shirts but when you went to pay one select ones rang at the 3 for $20 price but since they don't honor the advertised price and just pick and choose you'll end up with a ticket that rings up to over $90 just by trying to do 2 sets of 3 for $20 shorts. Poor experiencebsince they don't honor their advertised prides and just bank on you spending whatever rings up since they don't care to understand and fix their mistakes.
