The gentleman in the Pack and Ship department was the blessing my family needed today. It may have been a $1 fix, but the effort and time he took to repair my husbands Arlington National Cemetery pass correctly was the light of his day. For the young man to hand me the pass and say there will be no charge due to the significance, you deserve the recognition today, sir. Once again, thank you.

The Staples associate was helpful, quick, and efficient. He helped me redeem my $22 reward on the purchase of printer ink. I didn’t have my phone, so no app. He figured out how to access the reward, and I used it for my purchase.

Ran in here for a quick pickup but was trying to save money (as a student in need of supplies). After a polite question with Stephen he immediately did everything he could to go above and beyond to help me out and get what I needed.
If I lived in the area I would make this a regular spot just for him.

Chris, the Assistant Manager is awesome. I had an Amazon return and he indicated due to condition of box, UPS would not accept it. He helped solve by helping me repackage and tape. He provided above Great Customer Service. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
