The rooms are all out disgusting! This place is gone now, and I've sadly stayed here every year I came to Ocean City. I don't think I'm going to miss it!

We just stayed here for our family vacation for a week and as usual we had an enjoyable stay. We have been staying here many times for 14 years and I'm very sad that the Sea Scape is being replaced by a fancy shamcy hotel next year. The Sea Scape is one of the oldest motels in Ocean City and offers affordable vacations on the boardwalk. Ocean City is losing part of its charm and will not be the same without the Sea Scape

Love my stay last year bike week 2015. Owners were awesome to us. Rooms were clean and cool. All that matters to me.

Very nice stay. Right on boardwalk and close to beach. Nice customer service. But the room didn't have bed spreads so the night was cold. But it was cheap so that was great.

If you enjoy a hotel that attracts the literal scum of the earth, by all means stay here. So many loud and disgusting people stay here. The men who run the lobby are rude and don't respect those who stay and pay for their hotel. It has bugs, the mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable, and the hotel room in general is just nasty. No fan in the bathroom so there is mold. The maids forget to give you towels and toilet paper. It may be cheap but it is NOT worth it. PAY THE EXTRA $300 A NIGHT SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL REGRET STAYING HERE. I SINCERELY hope this hotel goes out of business.

RACIST STAFF. Other people were making noise they were Latinos and since were are Latinos they took it off on us ,we has rented 5 rooms in total, security was nice the whole week with us until that happen. He started threatening us with kicking us out, (I have a 2 year old and 2 8 month old twins) by 2 A.M he comes and by to tell us that we just the room are kicked out, the supposedly there was complaint about noise, (when the whole time we were quite since our kids were sleeping) They made us leave at 2 A.M with 3 kids and we had to sleep in a car since there were no rooms available. Until the AM and we were TIERD to drive 3 hours home. This is crazy, who does that. They singled us out and that is called DISCRIMINATION! That security guy told my fiancé that it was this 1st year there and that he needed his med, that guy was on drugs. It was proven because the next day my fiancé was at 711 and he started saying "Hi to him and asking him how was he, that he looked familiar" that’s when my fiancé told him :"Yeah in the guy you kicked out last night at 2am with all his kids." & he just walked away.We had been coming to this motel for the past 4 years and never a problem but it’s not worth it any more we bypass everything before due to Rooms are Disgusting, there were fly's in all the rooms (are they our pets for the weekend?) No microwave, you have to go to the lobby in order to heat any food, staff are terrible, very rude........ Rooms are very outdated, we asked management if they will ever update; they stated that they are old school, they will just fix any problem we have ( gross they just take the money and run) TV's are like from the 70's, Do not stay not worth it.!!!! I give them NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

Im still here its my first time and Im very sure it will be my last one!!! Because the rooms are absolutly nasty I do not recomend this place at all... Owner the manajer everyone its very rude... never again they dont care about the people here they only care about the money!!!!

This place is horrible. The owner is extremely rude. I made a noise complaint then he got an attitude with me. The rooms are extremely basic. There are defiantly better places in the area for the price.

You just need a room to sleep and shower. Your not paying to live there. Miss Kathy is awesome. Would definitely recommend
