Visiting OC and just got in a session at the gym. Solid selection of machines and free weights for the size. Value for the cost of a day pass, multi-day pass, or punch card is great. Definitely recommend.

Lots of equipment and very clean. Only minor complaint was how tightly packed it was, but not sure that can be avoided. Staff was also kind and helpful.

Stopped by last week and got a day pass one day while i was in Ocean City for vacation. Its a nice little gym. Everyone is friendly and i got a free shirt for coming in!! Ill definitely stop back in for a workout the next time im in the area for vacation.
