A bit condescending and racist I asked for a bathing trunk in another size. I was directed to the upper wall where being 5 feet I can't reach and those were board shorts not bathing trunks. I was very condescendingly told to look past the 2xl marker for the size I needed. Basically if you look like me and need something do it yourself.

Great customer service, kind, and very knowledgeable! Our oldest (8) is super curious about gear and alll the things. Everyone has been really patient answering his questions and helping us get the best stuff for our family (surfboards, skateboards, wax!).

Young helpful staff. The new location doesn't have all the option the original has. So I would recommend 35steet location. They did not have the watch I was looking for but were still helpful and sent me down to the other location with a coupon. They even gave my twin boys a beach bucket n shovel. Great experience!!!

Planned on buying an expensive pair of sunglasses here but put them back when they sajd no public restroom. Support real business that care about their customers needs. FYI, we're in 2021!!

My daughter continues to have wonderful surf lessons held at 36th street.. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I definitely recommend this place for a lesson.
