Not very impressive. The walk-in retail area is cluttered and dusty, lacking consistent stock of anything related to copying or shipping items and supplies, but they seem to be peddling a dark corner stock of some different flag items.
The main counter is very unprofessionally blocked off with a cheap, flimsy plexiglass with a cut-out hole and hand written notes directed at customers like kindergarten. The one ot two female employees sit and/or work at the very furthest wall, opposite the customer counter. The employees acted as if I was disturbing whatever else they were doing before I got there and were addressing me from that furthest area many yards away and I had to raise my voice through a cut-out to even speak to them.
To have to pay $10+ for the few copied items I needed were just short of robbery.
Would never recommend this location to anyone.

International shipping could be challenging for the staff but there’s no willingness or patience to get it done. They only complained about my handwriting. After insisting on finding a way together to make it happen (since they were barely talking to me), they said I was blocking their space when I tried to get closer so I can help with the spelling.
I had to leave and go other places to get it done. Unprofessional and disappointing.

I was visiting and needed to print, copy, fax and scan insurance information on a deadline. Beach Copy was very helpful, affordable and kind.

I needed to package something and overnight it. Dawn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the best way to send my item. She will be my go to person when I need to ship something! Thank you Dawn!

0 customer service , very rude and beside that 3.18$ for a copy, 1 page? Crazy. My advice would be to try on Staples or somewhere else.

I accidentally brought my son’s car key on vacation with me and he needed it back asap of course. I called beach copy and Deb was able to help me get the key back in under 24 hours for less than $20. Im not going to complain about that. I expected it to be much worse than that price wise for sure and my son wasn’t late leaving for his music festival he has this weekend. So it was clutch that it got there today!!! Thanks ladies!

The website says that they are open on Saturday, they aren't, drove 20 minutes to find that they are closed, called the phone number, no answer or message.

This place has been my saviour on several occasions, & again today when I realized USPS was closed for Vet's day. The people there are BEYOND patient, VERY HELPFUL & KIND. Feel like I made a new friend today, the gal was amazing & my mind's at EASE, my parcel on it's way! Thankyou BEACH COPY!

Normally they are great, but today on a Saturday during Bikeweek... not so much. They are closed! If you are going to be in the 20th Century, please update your profile online so others don't waste their time in needless traffic. Just needed to drop off a FedEx package. As I write this, you lost another customer. Please update that you are closed on Saturday.

Don't go here for FedEx services. They really don't offer any FedEx services have employees! The employee sit and talk about personal items and then point you to a computer from the dark ages to do your own everything. I had a FedEx label I needed printed which would seem like an easy task for a place called beach copy.... But I couldn't even achieve that here. Stay away from this hole in the wall and join the 21st-century and go to a different store

They are not a self-service outfit so they have to perform your tasks for you. They have sent faxes for me and have printed short documents from my thumb drive. They have always been helpful and it is handy that they are right in Ocean City.
