Small but impactful art museum. Quick walk through with lots of variety of art mediums and examples. Very pretty fixtures and decor. There were rooms on the second floor seperated for artists. And all of the pieces were available for purchase.

Nice gallery with a wide variety of local art. The events are nice too. Even dictated by the market, some of the pricing is ludicrous on pieces is my only complaint (speaking as a local artist myself).

Wonderful center for the creative arts. It was a great way to spend a morning and they have a lot of classes as well. We got to see the work of some fabulous local artists.

Such beautiful things. My son purchased a nice starfish with ocean sand in it (I wish I had bought one.) He also bought me a beautiful pair of crochet metal earrings.

One does not have to be a resident of Ocean City to become a member of the Art League of Ocean City. My name is Miss Denise and I am from the other side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Northwest Baltimore County. The photo you see of the back of the Art Center is its estuary that lets me, an environmental activist and artist, know the health of this particular Estuary of the Chesapeake Bay. There is much to see and learn just by standing at the pier looking down and looking out!As far as the art, on the First Friday of every month new artists are introduced to the community because each month there is a different theme that artists must submit their work on and our juried and selected to be shown. I hope to one day be amongst those artists. And you can be too! Visit the front desk and tell them Miss Denise sent you and you would like to become a member. You get access to all sorts of things and even online activities. It's worth the price! And I'm broke! LOL

Great experience in Ocean city MD. We were there twice today I went in the morning and with my Wife in the afternoons. I found the local artists were fantastic. The prices were reasonable, in fact cheap. I purchased a Necklace and a Silk Scarf.

We were on vacation visiting town one of the members of our party is a young artist we stopped in on a rainy morning and had a lovely look around. It is a small gallery and did not take us long to peruse but we still enjoyed our visit.

Pleasant place to visit and enjoy beautiful art work. If you take a class, and get a membership for reduced pricing on the class, remember you won't get your membership fee back when class is canceled.
