Very large Walmart. The customer service was great but the place was kind of dumpy. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There were carts all over and trash in the parking lot. Also, half of the self checkouts were broken.

Beautiful and very clean , the aisle are easy to get through in Baltimore they have stuff all in the aisles you can't get threw its awful but I love this store very nice

If you want to make self check out 15 items or less. 1 enforce it. Stop letting employees let the people they know do whatever they want. 2 have enough people working the regular registers ro accomodate. This place is terrible now. 30 employees just walking around doing nothing. 2 people working the registers.

Overall fine but like so many other stores deodorant and personal hygiene products are locked up and an associate needs to be called. Then you pick up your item at the front for purchase. Signs of the times I guess but a hassle!

Let me start off by saying I truly understand why stores have to put certain security in place with certain items. However today I feel so humiliated and won't be back at Walmart. Deodorant is locked up. OK I get it it's a high stollen item. It has to be taken to the front to be held while finish shopping ok once again don't like it but I get it. I can't checkout at self check out bc I have to many item so get escorted to a checkout line where the Deodorant could of been placed on the belt right in front as the lady infront of me only had about 3 small items left to be scanned but nope lady who was holding the Deodorant walked around to hand it to the cashier was the straw that broke the camels back like no other and I did not purchase the Deodorant and almost just left my cart for the employees to put away themselves. I literally forgot to pay for 2 loafs of bread at self checkout one time and walked back in to pay for my items bc I am not a theaf and to be treated so poorly is just unexceptable. The two checkout girls where extremely nice and apologized and understood why I was up and gave me the number to complain which I did while complementing the young lady in training and the mentor that rang me up. Got home was still very upset how I was treated and called the store to talk to a manger which they refused to put one on the line just gave me a COACH. told her how I felt and why and she told me that's what they are trained to do and they lost 48k in Deodorant last year. Ok great if I was waiting in line I get it but there were 3 items on the belt so the Deodorant could of been placed on the belt same course of action making someone who is not a theaf feel a little less humilated. We'll there's nothing I can do about it and we are at a stand still. Ok now you pissed me off. What is your store managers name and when will he or she be in again? Her name ........ and she comes and goes as she wants. Excuse me no managers don't just come and go as they want. I'm done with Walmart.

Once again, most of my items were not delivered. It will take 7-10 days to get my refund. This has happened far too often and I will be canceling my subscription. The store blames the driver and the driver blames the associates who prepared the order. No one usually picks up the phone from that department and when they do, all they will do is say, “sorry”

Clean and friendly environment staff are friendly as well and respectful very large store and much to choose from Plenty of free parking and many ways to order and receive your purchases.
