“Lexi was a rockstar! I needed to get a new phone because I had to return my corporate phone. Porting the number from a corporate account can be very tricky and time consuming but Lexi handled it all brilliantly. (Kudos to my Helpdesk guy who also did a lot of the up-front legwork.) Lexi even took extra steps to ensure everything would be completed without a hitch. She was super fun to talk to while we went through all the steps too. Can’t thank Lexi enough for making a difficult task incredibly easy for me. I love my new phone and my husband and I won’t go anywhere else in the future!!”

“I went into the store today to get my sim card transferred from my old phone. Jordan was a big help making sure I was able to not only have my phone set up and ready for use. He also helped me look for my runaway SD card. He even took my number just in case we didn't find it before I left. Thanks to his customer service, I also backed up my info to my cloud. “This is my first time visiting this particular Metro store. I met Chuckie and Kevin who are among the best metro representatives I have ever worked with!!! Chuckie took his time with me and even let me know some things with my account that needed to be updated that no one had ever informed me about. He was knowledgeable about the services and the products and he was extremely personable even showing me his own phone with the fubotv app that we had been talking about. Kevin was great as well; he took his time setting up my new tablets and answering all my questions. We live closer to two different Metro stores, but both my husband and I feel that we would make the extra trip just to come and see Chuckie and Kevin and get some of their great customer service every time!!! If any managers are reading this review, please know you have two gems in Chuckie and Kevin - so give my homeboys a raise already ?!! Seriously though if I could give more than five stars for this visit I definitely would!! I encourage anyone who is an existing or prospective Metro customer to come into the Northeast store and check these guys out!! You won't regret it!!!”
