“I come to this location quite often as do my husband and children. Everyone is very helpful and friendly to us all. But I want to compliment 2 specific employees at this time. Andrew and bre. Bre is always there, and such a hardworking woman at her young age, She is very friendly and has great customer service skills. Andrew is a very funny and hardworking young man. He is always saying something that makes me laugh. He is down to help whenever and my children love him. I just think this location doesn't get the credit they deserve due to the location and past events. But a great team of people work here currently and just deserve some recognition.”

“I stopped at this 711 on Thanksgiving my mom was taken to Union hospital by ambulance and i wasn't far behind n needed to stop for drinks. The lady behind the counter she was pretty and compassionate ,she told me not to worry and that my mom would be ok. She had no way of knowing knowing that but just she cared enough to ask me questions and gave me Hope was special.”

“My husband and I frequent this store several times a day. It is always a pleasure to see the smiling faces of Ms. Sharon's steady employees. There is Mr. Charles.. always ready with a "Good Morning!" Sonny..who always manages to somehow give you the winning Bingo scratcher. Mark...the one who always starts our day by the unique way he has of saying " Haaave a good one!" And last, but not least, Ms. Sharon, whom we don't see often, but manages to keep the best Seven-Eleven staff I've ever seen! They know their customers and make their customers want to know them in return. They are a truly a part of our small-town life here in Perryville, MD?♥️”

“This is my first time visiting this particular Metro store. I met Chuckie and Kevin who are among the best metro representatives I have ever worked with!!! Chuckie took his time with me and even let me know some things with my account that needed to be updated that no one had ever informed me about. He was knowledgeable about the services and the products and he was extremely personable even showing me his own phone with the fubotv app that we had been talking about. Kevin was great as well; he took his time setting up my new tablets and answering all my questions. We live closer to two different Metro stores, but both my husband and I feel that we would make the extra trip just to come and see Chuckie and Kevin and get some of their great customer service every time!!! If any managers are reading this review, please know you have two gems in Chuckie and Kevin - so give my homeboys a raise already ?!! Seriously though if I could give more than five stars for this visit I definitely would!! I encourage anyone who is an existing or prospective Metro customer to come into the Northeast store and check these guys out!! You won't regret it!!!”
