Would give them 0 stars if I could. I gave them an expensive Amazon item to return but they returned an empty box. So now I have no item and no refund. Effectly stole $100 from me

Lack of customer service skills, horrible attitude of the staff. Not even try to find my package even tho I provided all the info they asked, but except the tracking number which he DID NOT ask for. He tried to look for it by NAME, not the TRACKING NUMBER which I had never seen before. The staff must know better than me when asking for whatever information they need.

Terrible store. The person in charged at the time that I went name, Michael was extremely rude to myself and another customer. At the time I came into the store he didn’t acknowledge me, because he was busy being on his phone, laughing at whatever he was watching. A customer in front of me had asked him for a receipt for a drop off and he got extremely rude. That guy should definitely not be working there.

The staff here is amazing. Nik saw me struggling with a big box, and immediately stepped in to assist. Also, the service was prompt. In an out in less than 5 mins.

There was only person in there when I went, called Carrie (according to the receipt), and she was so rude. She had a bad attitude the entire time and her take on packing fragile items was to wrap them in a UPS bag and pack them in a box that squished everything together, even though she knew it was delicate. And I get charged $15 for this lazy packing service? Unacceptable.

I’ve had some bad experiences with other ups locations, but I had the best experience at this location. They were so friendly and helpful on multiple occasions now. Highly recommended this store!

Didn't realize they closed at 4 on Sundays. Came 1 minute after close and the gates were closed. But dude said he'll get me real quick since it was just an Amazon drop off. Appreciate you brother!

Good no more. This Nicolson Lane location was my go-to UPS store for decades. Make sure they give you a receipt and separate tracking numbers for each package you drop off. I only got one receipt when I dropped off two returns recently. One package didn't make it - the one without a receipt of course. I had to work with the online retailer to track the package down at some UPS distribution point in Laurel. No help was offered by the UPS store. Not going back.

Staff is friendly but for two small items (ten cookies and a dish towel) $10.99 for tape, bubble wrap and a box??? For a total of $25? What a huge markup. I wasn't told about the cost od the shipping materials until we got to the "put your card in the slot" phase because they knew it was outlandish. I maybe required one square of bubble wrap, a small box and two feet of tape. Never again.
