WFS has myriad systems in place to check and re-check aspects crucial to the timely flow of your loan file, and allows for the borrower to have 24/7 access via the web portal. The emphasis is on making the technology easy to use so that the borrower can stay on top of the process. In addition, and for borrowers that like the “old school” approach, I engage in frequent phone calls to keep the borrower apprised all the way to settlement.
