“I have an older car, so I have to bring it in every so often for repairs. The office staff is always very professional and helpful. While I wait I have great conversations and interaction with them. They talk to the mechanic in front of me to let him know the issue which turned out to be a screw in a tire on this last visit. I also asked the mechanic to look into a rattling noise. The mechanic listened to me and even thanked me for providing more information from my last visit to help identify the problem. He showed me and explained the problem with the car in language I could understand. When he was done he asked me to bring the car back if I still had an issue. Their follow up calls and actions have always been just outstanding. Even checkout was a great experience on this visit and the price was incredible. While visiting the mechanic can be painful and stressful, I’m always happy to visit Exxon.”

I took my vehicle to the shop that I purchased my tires. I was told that I had a screw in one of my tires and they were unable to do a patch. I was told I would need to replace that tire. I wanted a second opinion, I took my car to Metro Motor. They were able to correct the other shop's patch job mistake and patch my new tire.
