I had a great experience in A do or Dye Salon today. My stylist was Valerie, and she made a completely different person out of me just by cutting and styling my hair. I got so many compliments. Unfortunately, I forgot to tip her because where I am from, it is unusual to do so. And now I feel so ashamed. Valerie, if you're reading this, thanks so much, I love my hair more. I hope next time I can show my appreciation more.

I got my haircut and deep conditioning treatment done by Natalie & she did an awesome job. She understood immediately that I wanted something funky. It's exactly what I wanted, the perfect shaggy bob. I love the layout of the salon, not crowded at all.

I went to Rylee because my lifelong hairstylist had retired. I’m currently in grad school and got a terrible haircut while in Rochester. I came home and reached out to Rylee, I showed her what I wanted and she gave me exactly that!

I love this salon, have been a customer for more than 10 years. It is clean, very nicely decorated, friendly staff, and generous offerings of tea, coffee, wine. I have baby fine, thin, straight hair which is a bear to deal with and very easy to mess up with the cut. Tina always gives me a terrific cut, and her coloring technique is wonderful and reliable. As far as the prices go, I think they are very reasonable for the service provided. I highly recommend this salon!

As of this year (2023) I have frequented A Do or Dye Salon on several occasions for haircuts, waxing and a facial.I decided to get my wedding hair and makeup done here and I absolutely loved it. I scheduled a consultation prior to share with Valery and Stephanie exactly what I wanted. For my wedding day Valery mentioned she had been practicing the Hollywood wave/curls that I had mentioned on our consultation and you could tell the effort, I thought my hair looked amazing and I loved it. For my makeup as well, I had mentioned to Stephanie I wanted a very natural looking makeup and I loved not only the look she achieved but how long lasting it was throughout the day.Additionally, I have gotten waxed and a facial by Jen and she is amazing too. I was a little nervous at first for my waxing appointment because prior to this year it had been 10+ years since I had last waxed my legs. Jen is extremely personable and professional and the entire appointment I was comfortable and at ease. I have gone to get my legs waxed 2 more times since then and honestly if there were more estheticians available for waxing I would still only go to Jen. I have also gotten a facial with Jen and it was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt clean and renewed the days after. I will 100% continue to frequent this Salon.

I had a facial with Jennifer yesterday. The whole experience was wonderful. My skin feels amazing, glowing and I can breath with my skin now! Jennifer is true professional, she explained the products she uses and she gave me helpful skin care recommendations. I can’t wait to come back!

Rylee was my stylist and she did an amazing job on full highlights for me. This has been the best highlights I’ve had done on my hair in a while. I have a lot of hair and it’s really long but Rylee stayed patient and did my highlights very throughly. Rylee may be a level one stylist but she did my hair like a pro and I will definitely be going to her again to get my hair done.Service: Hair highlighting
