The worst! My mailed is lost and not one person can tell me what to do! They all have stank attitudes and very unprofessional. It's such a short on ppl working there yet they won't hire anybody! I'm confused and they really need to do better!

This is the worst USPS I’ve been to. They are really unprofessional and service is horrible. The employee was so rude to me. I was literally waiting in line for over 30 minutes and as soon as my baby started crying, due to the extreme wait time, she stopped attending her client and quickly snapped at me. After that, suddenly more employees appeared and started working. They were all in the back. It was so bad and humiliating!

Absolutely the worst post office ever. I've lived in my address for 2 years and they have lost or returned for no reason every package I was supposed to receive. The most recent one they lost in there system, straight up admitted to me they put in on the wrong truck twice, now I find out they just returned it to sender for some unknown reason. When I call the number the only help I get is they tell me what's on the tracker. The one time I do get to the post office they tell me I'll still receive it only from them to return it to the sender anyway. If you need something delivered or someone is sending you something, have then us UPS or Fedex instead.

Just drive else where——
The staff informed me that the website is incorrect and this location does not take walk in passport appointments. Despite plenty of signs inside advertising photos, this location does not have a working camera.
Be ready for a lengthy and nasty wait as this location also seems short staffed in addition to being short in customer service training and civility.
Oh, and they also don't have change of address forms.

Worst place ever in my life the young lady is working over there totally non Profesional and so rude with customers. I had never bad experience like this in my 10years in USA. They needs to be improve.

I can't say enough about this PO - large and we'll-maintained with super convienient 24-self service. You can buy postage, send packages with postage purchase - it was a life safer. Most of my day was wasted, driving to two other PO that are worthless for after hours service. USPS Windsor Mill came through. I am very pleased. A+

Incredibly rude and disrespectful woman behind the counter. She told me I shouldn’t walk in if I don’t know what I’m doing and that I better leave to figure it out. All I wanted was to send something certified which she stated required a signature once received. Went to a different post office instead of arguing with her and it went just fine. If you’re going to be nasty you could at least be right.

One clerk and a long line that did not move so after 10 minutes I left. Also they lost my mail I mailed it in the box all my bills none were received. I made a complaint all they could tell me was that the mail had been picked up and sent downtown. I have to pay interest and late fees now . From now on I pay bills over the phone.

Never seen a group of people more elated to being antagonist at a job than this place. It seems they get joy in making things harder for you just so they don’t have to do their job, or be helpful.
