Apparently I’m. Bad parent because my son had a long sleeve shirt on & a jacket but I didn’t put an undershirt on being that he gets these breakouts on his skin so I let it breathe some days. Their response was “we’re older moms so we’re giving recommendations” I am 26 ? and worked in child care. I do what’s in the best interest of my child. If there is t a dress code I don’t need anyone’s comment on how to dress my child as if he didn’t have two layers on and a blanket. Plus I don’t see a short sleeve under shirt helping much with the cold if we’re giving opinions

Called three times last week. Confirmed that my daughter would start on Monday without doctor forms, seeing as though her appointment is not until 11/28. Leave early, show up on time and they refused her because the supporting documentation was not provided. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul. People have a job. Seriously….waste of business space.

I was driving down Middle River Rd and saw several little kids standing and moving around on their Milestones bus. I tried to get the drivers attention at the next light but she ignored me. I called the school to inform them. Witnessing that only confirmed what my child said when he attended there for a brief 2 wks. He begged not to go back and I'm glad I listened. When your child cries to not be left somewhere , parents should listen!! He was 5 at the time and still speaks about it 3 urs later!

Worst choice I’ve made so far as a parent. Many times, dropping my kid off, I felt uneasy about leaving my child. I consistently had concerns and constantly addressing the staff about how to handle my child which in all actuality is just common sense for people who are handling children. The staff is off putting and unfriendly . Staff are often coming and going which is a red flag that I ignored . A staff member told me to pull my kid from the program and I should’ve listened a lot sooner than I kept him there. My child has complained multiple times about being hit and they overuse time out which is an indicator that staff have no patience. I swear every other week I was conferencing about something- a conference that I requested . They don’t communicate about anything happening with your child. My kid would come home with scratches and bumps and not one person would let me know what happened . I allowed the leaders in this establishment talk me out of things that I should not have been talked out of and allowed them to make excuses for the behaviors happening at this place .IMy kid is in a new daycare and have not made one complaint , has not gotten one scratch or bump , he is highly supervised , everything is over communicated , when you walk in, the staff greets you as if you are a star, my kid has even said that he doesn’t want to go back to the old school and likes his new school. Things that I thought I was asking too much of are actually being done in other places . Save yourself some heartache because I still feel terribly for keeping my kid here when alarm bells were ringing from nearly day one .

Stopped in because I live in the neighborhood and I have a 2yo. THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED!!!! I JUST WALKED IN!! NO ONE WAS AT THE DESK!! I WALKED OUT SO THE DOOR WOULD CHIME AND STILL NO ONE STILL CAME! Then once someone came she made it worse. Her attitude was as if why am I there. I felt like I disrupted her day and was an inconvenience. There were no openings but even it there were it just didn’t seem right. My child would not be safe there.

My daughter Keh went here for 1 month and they had her walking and talking. I LOVE this center. If I wasn’t moving across town I definitely would have kept her enrolled here.

The worst daycare ever!!!! Staff is very welcoming until you enroll and then they barely speak. They are over priced and very unprofessional. God forbid you run into a moment when you are late then they charge you $100 on top of their already over priced fee. While trying to settle the situation with one of the employees a lady is screaming in the back ground that she doesn't have to talk to me and then hangs up the phone!!!
