Disappointed is an understatement. My cousin sent me flowers through a major brand, and unfortunately this was the florist that got the request. I received an arrangement of dying wilted flowers as you can see below. The pictures are literally right after they were delivered to me. How they could find this acceptable? I have no idea. But according to the other reviews this seems to be the norm.
Update: Updating my review to three stars. They just delivered me a new fresh arrangement and it is much much better than the first. They need to do much better quality control and deliver quality the first time. The last photo is the updated arrangement.

My family received a sympathy flower from Drayer's florist. It is the worst looking bunch of flowers I have ever seen come from a florist. The flowers are wilted and dead. Some of the stems are too short to even reach the water. Our friend said he ordered fall colors and it doesn't look like a fall arrangement at all. They should be ashamed to send something that looks this pathetic.

My grandfather passed away and the flower that was sent was a disaster. DO NOT use this florist. Not sure what happened to this florist but they are nothing like they use to be.

Don't order here. Ordered flowers this morning as soon as they opened and paid top dollar for same day delivery. Gave specific instructions to leave flowers no matter what!!! Nope. They attempted them and won't do anything about not following instructions. And the delivery is literally 5 miles from the store...

I have used Drayers forist for over 20 years. The young lady was not helpful with my funeral order whatsoever. I went into the florist and she was rushing me to get to another job. When I attended the funeral today my planter was very disappointing. For 120.00 it looked like it cost about 40.00. It was an embarrassment to my family.It paled in comparison to every other arrangement there. It did not contain all the things I had asked for and my card was even incorrect.

I’m at a loss - you are ripping people off !!! I bought the premium honor basket tribute For a funeral- I called to express my disappointment- the flower sent was not even close to the pictured flower - there were only 7 roses when a dozen should have been there I called you and you told me you were sending out a new flower for me to deliver to the family of the deceased to make up for the poor representation that arrived at the funeral home -BUT THIS FLOWER NEVER ARRIVED - I will be sending a bad review on every platform everyday until someone sees just how much you are taking advantage of people I spent $333 for this flower and it was the worst thing I ever saw I was a 25 plus Year customer but this Is the second flower that was terrible - not the First but the second

My mother in law ordered my wife and I an arrangement for Xmas. According to the florist they delivered it yesterday yet nothing came. We live on a private driveway which is covered by a motion activated camera system so we know nothing came to the house. My mother in law called and had them send the arrangement with instructions to take to front door and ring doorbell. At 10am today (according to video) the delivery driver brought the arrangement to the door and set it on the deck never ringing the doorbell. Todays temperature in maryland this morning is 14 degrees. I was less than 10 feet away from the door when I heard the driver walk up the stairs and then walked away. I brought them inside and my wife unwrapped the arrangement.When she checked to see if it needed water she found that the green foam water block used in flower arrangements was a solid block of ice. We went online to get the contac information for Drayer's and also looked at the arrangement photo online. The one we received looks NOTHING like the photo. On the whole arrangement (shaped like a Xmas tree) there are only 5 flowers. Looking at the photo online on one side we count 7 flowers plus it should have had red ribbon and what looks like Xmas balls. The arrangement has been inside now for 2 hours and 35 minutes and the flowers have already started to wilt from (likely) staying in the truck overnight. I have left my contact information with the florist and requested a call from the owner/manager, We will see if it happens. We have the video of their driver delivering this morning and what the flowers we got compared to what they should look like. I can understand why this florist has such a low rating. very sad for a company that has been in the business for 30 years. Very disappointed I attached photos unfortunately it won't allow to post the video of the driver Delivering.

They are awesome. They accidentally sent the wrong balloon with the arrangement. I emailed them and before I knew it they came back out with the right one with a little extra. It all looks beautiful. I highly recommend.

I ordered over $1000.00 worth of flowers from Drayers Florist and when the flowers arrived at the funeral home they were horrible half dead and they didn't arrived as I had ordered them the casket lining and the vase with the broke hanging carnation were supposed to have blue flowers.. These flowers were for my mothers funeral and they were very disappointing everyone commented about how horrible they looked even the people receiving them at the funeral home said something about them but they aren't allowed to refuse them so they were left there. This is very dishearting and if this is how you are going to do business that's very sad. I was contacted once by the GM who said they were going to process a refund which still hasn't been done this happened 6/28/22. I shouldn't have to still be dealing with this at such an emotional time I sincerely hope when someone in your family passes they/you get better flowers and treatment than we have. I will never order flowers from this florist again.

I received a surprise arrangement for my birthday that came through this florist. I would never order flowers from this location or recommend this location to anyone. The flowers I received had large gaps and the flowers were broken, wilted, and some were even dead. I called the store and after being put on hold for several minutes, I spoke with someone to explain the situation. Since I did not order the flowers and the order came through FTD, I was told my options were a new arrangement could be sent out free of charge with fresh flowers or the sender could contact FTD for a refund. If a replacement with fresh flowers could be sent to me, then why weren't fresh flowers just sent to me in the first place? I will let the sender know so hopefully they can get a refund. Not impressed with the customer service or the flowers from this location.
